Candlewood Suites 亞歷山大西北(Candlewood Suites Alexandria - Fort Belvoir)

Started a new position at ATAMMC at Ft. Belvoir. Spent several nights at Candlewood. Great stay! All staff were helpful. LaCanas C. was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a small challenge getting the cooktop to work. She explained how PERFECTLY!

Thanks to the staff for letting me stay an extra hour so that I could attend my virtual meeting- at the last minute!

My stay at the Candlewood Suites Alexandria-Fort Belvoir was very nice. I had a longer stay than usual due to an incident at my apar**ent and a negligent landlord, but I was very comfortable in my suite. The rooms are cleaned every seven days, but you can ask for anything you need at the front desk in the meantime. LaCanas was so nice and accommodating as well as the rest of the staff. LaCanas cares about the safety and experience of those who stay at the hotel and you can tell she takes her job seriously. She takes care of the guests and addresses any needs or concerns promptly. Very refreshing! I would be happy to stay here again.

On 21 December 2023, I completed my second extended stay at the Candlewood Suites in Alexandria VA. My first stay was for 52 nights, October 10 - 6 December. My second stay was for 5 nights, December 16 - December 21. Both times the care that I received from the hotel staff members was amazing. Tim, LaCanas and Katrese all worked the front desk, they were professional, caring and they did an outstanding job of customer service. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites for any short or extended stay. The hotel accommodations and service you will receive will make for a very pleasant stay. Oscar and Tim were incredibly accommodating when our reservations at another hotel got transferred to them. Hotel is clean, well kept and reasonable and I would recommend to anyone staying in the area

Staff was good and helpful. Still undergoing renovations so microwave did not work in room and only channels 3-14 worked. Loved amenities and cleanliness. Would definitely stay again.

Shoutout to LaCanas for her wonderfully warm hospitality. She got our party settled in for a late check-in. Thank you for giving us a cozy abode to stay for the week. Also the recent remodeling really shows— the place looks downright spiffy!

The concierge was amazingly friendly and helpful. The suite was exceptionally clean and in new condition.

Property is under construction. No coffee/water or snacks available in lobby. Just a room. Zero amenities
