This motel will show you the stickers and awards that it has won in the past, but that was under the old management, the current management is clearly not the same. Firstly, it explicitly states on their amenities that they provide AIRPORT PICK-UP SERVICE and AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE. I called them from Auckland airport about my arrival and they claimed that they don't provide either services. When I made my own way to the motel and showed them this information, they insist that the details on TRIP.COM was wrong. Secondly, the person behind the helpdesk counter is always out the door by 4:30pm, even though the sign on the door says "9AM to 7PM". You have to call a couple of numbers, if you don't have a local phone then you won't get any support. Finally, when checking out on a Sunday morning, there was no one there at all. The motel claimed that it can't come to the helpdesk and that all guests need to drop their cards in the box and find their own way to the airport or other places. The location is okay because it's one bus to Sylvia park shopping mall, but it's far from everything else. You will need 2 buses to get to the airport.

Nice bathroom, chairs stained in our room. Good range of drinks and toiletries. Couldn't find a hairdryer.

Enjoyed our stay here, was only for the weekend but the room was nice and clean and the bathroom was top notch. The staff were super friendly, clearing our rubbish and replacing our towels every morning if we needed. The room had everything we needed, full applianced kitchen with a dining table. However the bathroom doesn’t have a air vent for the shower steam so the floors get wet even with the windows opened. Overall will definitely stay here again!

2nd time staying here. Really loved the 1st time i stayed. This time staying was ok. Just that the door was damaged. Like someone had tried to break in. Communicating when checking in was terrible. Having to phone communicate through a call. No greeting or a sense of kindness, tone of voice? Just was off. Parking wasnt enough. We had a cigarette burn on our bed sheets. Loved that we had a kitçhen and shower. All in all was good could have been AWESOME like our 1st stay but just a few minor hipcups. But the door was our main concern

My husband and I booked and paid for two nights when up for the Red Hot Chilli Peppers concert. We did not end up staying on the Friday night but did stay the Saturday night after the show. At 11.30pm Saturday night we were asleep and were woken by loud pounding on the door. As my husband got up to answer the door, the door started to open. It was the Manager of the establishment just checking to see if it was us in the room. When my husband confirmed it was us, she stated that we had not stayed the night before which my husband agreed to. After she left we were drifting off to sleep again and 15 minutes later the Manager rings my phone waking us up again. Just checking it's us again..... which she had done 15 minutes earlier. On Sunday I went down to discuss this on checkout but reception was shut with curtains drawn as it was when we checked in. Amazing there's no one on site to welcome and farewell guests but someone can be there to wake people up at 11.30pm! On Monday the following week I rang to discuss why this had occurred. The woman who answered the phone said it was the Manager who knocked and she would get her to call me back. Five days later I've received no phone call, and believe the woman I spoke to on the phone several times IS the Manager because I heard her voice when she rudely woke us. Not stupid. Further, the room had a strong smell of "dirty feet", plus the bottom sheet on our bed was crumpled with hair on it. Appalling!

Confirmation email said check-in time was at 2PM, we show up at 1:15 and the reception was shut (despite the office hours stated to be 9AM-7PM). We got some lunch then came back at 2PM to find the reception was still shut. We decided to call the afterhours numbers hanging on the door. The first number kept ringing, no "sorry we are busy" messages, so we tried the second number, who told us to try the first again as "she was probably on another call". Eventually, we're told the key to our room is in a lock box. Inside are keys to every room, some had peoples full names on the envelopes. So, now I have names, room numbers, and a key to their room. Super safe! We get to our room and discover the room smelt horrible - ironic considering the sign stating we'd be charged for cooking foods with "strong scents". The kettle had water in it and God knows how long it had been there. The milk in the fridge was probably new, but how do I trust it when its next to stagnate water? The plug sockets were located behind the beds, so to charge our phones the beds had to be pulled away from the wall all night. There was a bright light outside our room, with the thinnest curtains ever. Out of SEVEN devices, only TWO connected to the internet. It dropped so much or was so slow we ended up hotspotting over 5GB of my data instead. And finally, our room hadn't been cleaned. There was mold in the shower and numerous spiders (my friend has severe arachnophobia, so, thanks, that was fun).

Unfortunately our stay here was disappointing. We weren't given a room with the bed configuration we had requested and had received on our confirmation. The light in the bathroom flickered the whole time and we were told it wouldn't be able to be fixed for a few days. We were placed by stairs which were noisy at night. Our room did not get serviced and we were there for two nights.

Everything was lovely, especially being a hot day, and the room already had air con as soon as you stepped in the door. Room was clean. Only 2 things, the shower drain did have an odor when showering but that will happen with lots of use and multiple rooms, and a drawer had empty alcohol bottles from another person, only worried it could caue an ant problem.

Easy and had what we needed which was somewhere comfortable to stay. Only downer was not having enough parks but motel itself was kapai.

Rooms were pretty big and clean. However in the kitchen there was some rubbish still inside the bin. Location was pretty good, although turning in and out of the motel was difficult as traffic was busy. Sign was hidden so nearly overshot. Overall, pretty good.

The price was great I had read reviews and thought this place would be a good place, but there were cockroaches running on walls, fridge wasn’t working properly, air con first didn’t work then maintenance had to go back and forth trying to fix it, grime all over surface of objects, quite frankly disappointing. I have photo evidence of the cockroaches and how appalling it was.

Clean, recently refurbished rooms. Easy check in and out, didnt have to interact with anybody. Perfect as what a motel should be.

Next to a highway but pleasingly quite, great location around the corner shooping mall also, in close walking distance to restaurants, definitely recommending to friends and would definitely stay again
