Extended Stay America酒店 - San Jose - 山景(Extended Stay America Suites - San Jose - Mountain View)

Over all this was good place to stay with reasonable rates. Tub faucet came off 1st night and unable to take showers. Reported it the next morning, but was told it is repairman’s day off and they have nobody who could fix it. Asked for another room but they were sold out and no other solution. So we took baths instead. We stayed only 2 nights so we managed but it was an inconvenience. Other than that it was good. They have regular size fridge,stove and microwave which is very handy if we were staying longer. Entrance to the hotel is very close to the on ramp of freeway and very easy to miss.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The place is very clean, and relaxing. The area feels safe and in proximity to shops and restaurants. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it. Great place for long or short stays.

Very clean, everything you need to cook meals in, awesomely friendly staff, and pet friendly. Enjoyed our stay here while waiting for our new apartment move in day with two cats. Plenty of parking, so much so we could put out U-Haul in the back sideways. Thank you!

Love the location of this hotel, convenient to major highways but also has lots of trees and small garden areas making it relaxing. Convenient for shops and great for fitness with the Steven's Creek Trail right behind the building.

Super friendly staff. Very comfortable bed, amazing ac. Plenty of towels. I love that they do not waste amenities by leaving them in the room but you can ask for them up front at the desk. Full on kitchen, with a big fridge. So accommodating.

The staffs are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cool. The only thing I didn’t like was the ac was very loud and we woke up a few times at night by the loud noise. One other minor thing was they didn’t have any shampoo so bring your shampoo.

This hotel is the best one in so far in mountains view, closest to everything shopping, food , transportation. The hotel is very clean , safe , very professional, the guy Rishav is the coolest one ever, he is be very professional and friendly with everyone as I have seen helping everyone . Rishav the manager is very versatile very nice to have him in this hotel. He is the best one in this hotel.

I first came to extended stay mountain view at the end of last year and since I've been here the whole crew has been extremely helpful and friendly Shiva and everybody else are great customer service Representatives and are always there when needed

So I have had the best experience coming here Shiva , knew exactly who I was from day one and always helped me with anything and everything I needed , always made me feel welcome and comfortable best experience of my life at a hotel 5 stars most definitely
