山峯水療度假酒店(The Peaks Resort and Spa)

Location is great! Tee time pricing outrageous! I stayed at the peaks resort all weekend for the Blues and brews festival and had a major bug problem in the room they were everywhere and on everything. We had to move rooms and they barely took 50$ off! A joke! For the amount of money spent not impressed and i will not be back to the peaks resort n I will be spreading the word.

* Parking Fee * Late checkout fee * Resort fee * Go F-yourself fee As soon as you walk in you're hit with many mysterious fees. The wifi was broken in most of the hotel, the desk staff were not very friendly, the $50 steak was overcooked. Feels like Vegas without any of the upsides. Telluride is great tho.

We were charged twice for the resort fee -once by ******* and then again by the resort upon check-in. Once addressing this issue with the front desk, they stated there was nothing they could do because they need to charge it there and to contact *******. We asked for a manager and the woman stated she was a manager and was quite rude/dismissive. We felt like she was treating us differently because we paid through a discounted site like we weren’t rich enough to be at a high end hotel. There was also a giant wad of long, black hair in the shower drain and neither of us have black hair - long blonde or short male brown hair. This was as long as a typical female’s black hair. We had a do not disturb sign on the outside of the door while we were sleeping and housekeeping for some reason woke us up knocking on the door at 9:00 am when checkout wasn’t until 11:00 am. The rest of the room was beautiful, the balcony and the area it was in was beautiful. Just wish we were treated as respectfully as someone paying full price or dressed in the appearance of a golfer. These guests seemed to be addressed in a completely different attitude / without judgement.

Way way too expensive for 2 star hotel. Have to pay for parking at the hotel. I have never heard of such a thing, ridiculous. $102. The hotel charges resort fees like crazy for no need or reason. I will make sure I tell everyone to not stay at this hotel. Would recommend not even to the poor

Everything about The Peaks is five star. All staff were willing jump in to help regardless of their title. The rooms were pristine and the housekeeping staff were exceptional given all our ski gear spread out everywhere in the room. The pool facility is also exceptional. The ski valet is top notch. Plan on extra cash for tipping. My only gripe is that the ski in is easy, but the ski out requires you to ski down to the learning area to then take a lift up to the main base area. My entire family loved our stay.

The setting, the restaurant and the staff are excellent. The spa was a little disappointing as it was short staffed so we could not get the treatments we wanted.

The stay was amazing! The views from our room are spectacuar! The food was so good at the resteraunt in the resort. Rooms are very clean and the bed felt so soft

TV did not basically work at all, the hot tub was not available and I really don't know what you get for the spa fee, I needed to heat up something in the microwave but there were none available.
