穆里昂灣 Spa 酒店(Mullion Cove Hotel & Spa)

This is not a 4.5 star hotel and it is very overpriced for the experience. The receptionist was not well trained. She did not greet us or offer to have a bell man help us when we arrived. The hotel has not been renovated in many decades, so there were strong, stale odors, similar to a nursing home. The floors in the casual 'bistro' were vinyl and were filthy - they had not been washed. The location is very remote and difficult to find. Nothing there except this hotel and 40 minute drive to St. Ives.

We rung up in advance to book afternoon tea for 4 on a weekday which was done. The day came looking forward to it . Once we arrived we were asked to take a sit in the bar as they had to find somewhere for us to sit, they thought it was for 3 people and one with shellfish allergy which was not so. We were given our tea which arrived in a normal everyday teapot which was chipped and then we sat for 1 hour waiting for our sandwichs, scones etc. After waiting 1 hour we were offered a discount. When it came to the bill we got £2 knocked off our £118 bill!!!. Would not be recommended to other people as you can go to other places with better atomsphere as the price was not really sufficient to what you were given. Even the tea would have been nice served in a proper china teapot , cup and saucer. The sandwichs were not very interesting just cheese & pickle, ham and salmon!!! The only positive is the scones were nice albeit they were small. Would not be going back.

Another fabulous week in our favourite room, at this very special hotel. Weather was great all week, Hotel staff, as always, were very helpful and cheerful. Always ready to help with any requests made. The food is always wonderful, but with a new chef on board now it was even better, and we could not fault it. Lots of thought and inspiration making some fabulous dishes. Can’t wait to go back.

We are already very familiar with the area and chose the Mullion Cove Hotel for a 3 night break. The view from the premiere sea view room was superb. Although the weather was hot there was a lovely cool breeze both through the windows and in the beer garden. Staff were exceptional, being both professional and friendly in just the right balance, they really made the stay special. Breakfast and food at the bar were excellent, however we didn't try the restaurant as it wasn't our sort of taste. Very clean overall and touches like the underfloor heating in the bathroom were appreciated. We have already recommended to family and will definitely be returning!

Great location in a beautiful landscape. But: Snobbish and mechanically acting staff. Nicely decorated, but with a sterile a**osphere . Does not give you a welcome- feeling and makes guests feel as „ objects“, rather than subjects. There are definitely better alternatives in the area.

We enjoyed the stay very much and would like to come back one day. Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick über die Klippen; schwimmen im Pool und im Meer ist möglich; Wanderungen und Spaziergänge direkt vom Hotel aus möglich; gut erschlossen, aber nicht überlaufen. Eins A!

The hotel is in a beautiful setting. It’s on a no through road so it was so peaceful. We spent the day at the hotel as the view was spectacular. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

Very much enjoyed our stay! Lovely spa and great food at the restaurant!! Catered for gluten free. Staff were all very friendly and helpful ! Beautiful area of Cornwall to visit! Would highly recommend!

My wife & I celebrate our Ruby wedding anniversary this year so I wanted to treat her to a Spring break as part of her reward for putting up with me for so long! It was a great decision as the weather was fabulous & the hotel and staff were excellent. We were made to feel very welcome by all,Breakfast & Dinner were faultless. The hotel is located amid stunning scenery & we left feeling rested & relaxed. Highly recommended.
