We had made a booking in this hotel using ***********. Shortly after booking I received messages from the hotels account asking for money to confirm the booking. Everything had been handled through the app so I reached out multiple times via the app to try and understand what was happening. I tried to reach them on the phone multiple times, but I was never able to reach them on the phone. I then received a mail a week prior to staying there, to say that they had cancelled the booking. I made arrangements to stay elsewhere. A day prior to staying elsewhere in Mumbai, they messaged me via the app to say that they were looking forward to having me stay with them. I messaged back to say that they had actually cancelled the booking previously. Once again they never responded. I’m sure that they are probably a reasonably hotel and that this is just a communications problem between them and the app, but I did not enjoy the experience of booking this hotel through ***********.
