Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The Oberoi is an institution in Mumbai. All Oberoi hotels have a calm welcoming atmosphere and a distinctive scent in the lobby. The only issue is the hotel charges INR 1 for releasing credit card pre-authorizations - a small amount but it’s the principle of charging for providing nothing.

Really great service where check in was done in the room and reception staff were great. Room was ok too and the soundproofing was probably one of the best amongst all 5-star hotels in Mumbai. Breakfast at the lounge is mainly by ordering from the menu (which has a relatively wide selection). Gym was quite well equipped too. Overall a good stay, although its a little more costlier than the other 5star hotels for the room size.

Fantastisk opphold, vi ble bært på gullstol gjennom hele oppholdet. Nydelig rom, veldig gode senger og sengetøy. Nydelig frokost og mat i restaurantene.

Huge splendorous hotel. Massive lobby with a Red Grand piano & chic bar. With views of the necklace. The rooms are modern & large. Suites are the BEST ! As they include lounge access with cocktails at 7-9pm Breakfasts were superb Service amazing. Attached to Gucci & the trident hotel. Pool was large & heated too. Food prices were high but the 20% off with ********** was very welcome !!

Outstanding service from the moment of arrival to checkout. The property is maintained beautifully. We’ve stayed at the Oberóis 3-4 times in the last 6 years. It never disappoints. The staff goes out of their way to make the experience a memorable one
