這是一間面向濱海大道的美麗飯店。 早餐包含在房費裡，這點很不錯。

Bed Bugs Alert ! The hotel is good for the budget and also situated in good area near marine drive, you can peek outside the window and get the sea view also the staff is very helpful and polite, but only bad thing and it’s the most important is Bed Bugs, they have bed bugs, when i asked the reception they said it might have travelled through some guest but next day i saw more in room, would not recommend because of this reason.

We booked the hotel because of its location. No doubt the location does provide advantages given the hotel’s proximity to Colaba’s and Churchgate’s prime location. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing about the hotel. There’s no signage or directions to reach the hotel’s reception. There’s a watchman who is found glued to his phone almost all the time. There’s an elevator to reach the 3rd floor but the guests are not allowed to take the luggage in it so come prepared with warm up exercise dragging your trolleys and suitcases up the stairs The gentleman manning the reception desk desperately needs a crash course in hospitality. His appearance resembles a disgruntled government bank employee who is least interested in working. In my case he was quick to point out that he could see my booking but can’t validate that we had made a booking for our son. Our ‘warm welcome’ started with a rather cold argument and ended with me making a payment upfront. The hotel’s geyser switch is located in the lobby so if by any chance you need a hot shower you are required to go out and switch the geyser on and by any chance if you fail to switch it off, be ready for a lecture from the uncle at the reception. Finally the rooms are tiny and there’s no restaurant so the complimentary breakfast is served in the room. The quality and quantity of the breakfast served was satisfactory although worth noting that they follow the Indian Railways philosophy that ‘non-veg’ translates strictly as ‘bread omelette’ For a small hotel the number of staff is relatively high who always expect a tip.

Great location off Marine Dr with its continuous flow of pedestrians, exercising, catching the breeze in the mornings, & evening & nights; - 4 mins walk to Churchgate train stn; longer to the C metro but Uber is most useful. - staff are helpful & hotel is modern.

住宿環境乾淨簡潔。我的房間沒有窗戶，所以感覺有點壓抑。直到第三天我要求打掃，才有人來打掃。客房服務員直到下午四點半左右，看到我結束一天的行程回來後才進來。熱水也不是很熱，而且很快就用完了（也許是我使用方法不對…）。總之，如果你習慣了西式飯店，我強烈建議你還是選擇一家更好的飯店。你絕對不會後悔的。

地理位置優越，員工服務周到，24小時保全。房間內配有熱水壺、餐具，並提供每日清潔服務。酒店佔據整層樓。強烈推薦！

地理位置絕佳。員工非常熱情周到。早餐不錯，而且在我們離開那天還特地為我們準備了早午餐。

浴室裡的熱水器壞了，淋浴水壓也很低。床很舒服。

地理位置優越，部分客房可欣賞海景。客房乾淨現代。飯店位置極佳，靠近濱海大道，步行即可到達印度門。

豪華客房位置優越，俯瞰濱海大道，房間寬敞，設施齊全，在這個價位上，住宿體驗相當舒適寧靜。

飯店房間寬敞整潔，員工熱情友好，地理位置也非常好，距離萬克赫德體育場非常近。

If you want to experience sleeping in a hammock, book a room here. You will sink right into a hammock when you lie down on the bed. After 4 nights, my back, my neck, my shoulders all needed repair. The main USP of this hotel is its location, just as the Sea Green Hotel a couple pf blocks down. However, unlike the Sea Green, this hotel has just one sea view room (Sea View Suite 101). The breakfast is served in the room like Sea Green but much better. Hygiene and cleanliness is iffy at best. Shower floor is very slippery making it a real hazard. The lobby into the building is a mess right now due to construction which makes it very dangerous to walk in and out. In any other country, the hotel would have been shut down during construction, but not here. They need to keep making money. Rates are on par with Sea Green.

Solo older female traveller here, my first time in Mumbai. I chose this Hotel based on previous Tripadvisor comments. I chose really well! The location is just the best, 1 minute walk to watch the sun go down on the Arabian Sea on Marine Drive & catch the breeze. 10 minutes walk to Churchgate Station, I bought a 5 day rail pass. Next to Wankhede Stadium, very well known pick-up, drop-off for Uber drivers. Safe streets to walk 10 minutes to great choice of restaurants (Samrat) was fantastic for Thali. I had a huge room, with en-suite, air-con, ceiling fan, big fridge. My room (115) overlooked trees & the open Cricket Stadium arrival area. The room had 2 chairs & table by the opening patio window for the breakfast-it is room service only. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, with extra pillows & cover in the wardrobe, if you needed them. The staff were the best part of this Hotel. They all could not do enough for you. Luggage is not allowed in the small lift, but it was carried up & down the stairs. A lovely staff member waited with for my Uber to the airport & loaded my suitcase in to the car. Bottled water was available for the asking. Hot drink making facilities in the room. Breakfast was ordered by phone, and delivered on a tray. I liked the omelette option, toast, jam, milky chai. I sat by the window & watched striped jungle squirrels play. The room was an oasis of calm from the bustle of Mumbai. However there was road noise as it was close to a busy road junction. But it didn’t bother me. The Hotel is on the 3rd floor of a residential building, there is a small reception & a service kitchen for breakfast preparation. No other communal areas. An Indian VIP lives on the same floor & he has guards on the landing, I spoke to them every day. It was superb value, just around the corner from the likes of the Intercontinental & Ambassador Hotels. I will return & I will most definitely stay at this Hotel again.

Plus point of this hotel is location and it’s opposite of Marine Drive and next to Mumbai Crickets stadium and staff are very supportive and room and bathroom are very clean only disadvantage is no restaurant and I ordered from outside hotel and Zomato and NO Parking available, I had to park in pay parked area near Church Gate station around 1km far from hotel , but if no car then very good hotel
