This is the worst hotel i ever visited. Room was not clean cockroaches all over the room staff doesn't care about customers bed was not good. This hotel room is not worth

I went to hotel 8 am. He took 1000 extra for early check it. In a residential apartment the hotel is situated

The room was for 3 people but the bath towel they kept 1 only and the bathroom facilities were nil. No tooth brush, bath items etc.

Location not that great. No food served rest ok for the money paid. Near by restaurants, where ok food is served

Clean modern rooms for easy access to taxis and train to centre, or tours of Bollywood and beach promenade at Band Stand. Helpful staff, WiFi, relaxed atmosphere and close enough to walk to famous Lucky restaurant. Recommended. Easy to train for downtown Victoria Station but go accompanied if European alone and beware scammers . Find a nice local to show you around for the price of a lunch or tea.. plenty friendly and willing - book taxis and make sure people know where you are and where you’re going and you should be alright .. legit taxis will be your guide too

Light were not good and tap were broken even no mirror on room .even dispute on there GST bill they provide me another amount bill

Clean rooms, kind staff, prompt service. There was a problem with the geyser, and they came to fix it immediately at 2.30 am. Good service. Close to Bandra Railway station.

I had booked the stay for my parents and it was comfortable stay. the rooms were neat and well managed.

This is opposite of luxury. Very dirty and had cockroach in bathroom. Building itself also dirty as well

They have no facilities to provide to the customers and their answers were not acceptable. They denied for every single basic service. ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL TO STAY IN BANDRA!!!!!!!! I have never seen a hotel where you book a room for 3 persons from and they will ask for more money if you really want a room with a bed for 3 persons. They asked me to pay extra money to continue this purchase; otherwise, stay in a small room with a mattress to sleep in. I had no option. I came late night to sleep in the room; my checkin was at noon, but at night, when I reached there, I had no option instead of continuing the room. They denied for basic needs like soap-shampoo and toothbrush kits, so next day I have to buy those on my own. I agreed to their terms and bought my needed materials and I was done with this kind of service and left the hotel the same day.
