Well maintained rooms. Nice ambiance. Good Food. Excellent hospitality. Morning breakfast was nice

The location is near the airport (Around 3 Kms). It is well maintained. They have installed the airport conditioners on the lobbies as well which is really good. Also, the rooms were near and clean and service was good. Both morning and evening receptionists were exemplary. The breakfast was also good

Good and decent hotel in budget at Andheri though rooms are small but cleanliness is good, breakfast has good range of variety

I was looking for a hotel for one night stay at andheri east and came across this hotel. check-in process was smooth. The reception area is small but people at reception found to be helpful. Room allocated was found to be neat and clean, spacious (double hazle). Air conditioning was found working well. Room equiped with hot kettle, tea/coffee option. Bathroom found neat and clean. Though its small in comparison to other hotels. Some smell may be due to non ventilation, but not big issue. They did had in house restaurant but I did not had chance to taste the food. Breakfast buffet was good though limited in option, starts at 7am. Taste was good. Check out process was smooth. Overall experience waa good. Though I found it little costly when i compare price i paid vs facility. Air port is also nearby. i will recommend this property if any body wishes to stay in andheri east or nearby airport. Overall happy stay experience.

Perfect location, good for families, food and breakfast options are multiple. Sizes are optimum for mumbai.

It was good, except for the long traffics to reach the hotel and again leave the hotel and get out of Andheri East...Mumbai Administration has to figure out better connectivity

This is a very good and convenient hotel for quick stays, was in Mumbai for one night and two days and had shortlisted the place after reading through the reviews. This is conveniently located, nearby the airport, and easily identifiable in a major road, also rooms are spacious, clean. Staff are also really prompt, we had an issue of AC water leaking which was dealt with swiftly. During our stay we had ordered chocolate milk and other items as room service which was delayed significantly due to the iftar time which is fine; however, they had some miscommunication happen in between and they sent chocolate milkshake, and claimed we ordered hot chocolate milkshake 😀 which was hilarious, apart from that everything was smooth.

Stay at Hotel Auris was great. Smooth check in, great rooms, with great amenities and cordial staff.

Overall Experience was good. Location is 4 kms away from airport and1 km from western expressway. Hotel is equipped with new amenities with good interiors. Digital Sensor lights in lobby and bathroom. Rooms are quiet but small for triple occupancy. Staff service is upto mark and availability. Breakfast options are much and is good with different options on each day. Hel[ful staff and accomodative on day of checkout to keep your luggage for few hours

I can say one of the best hotels in Mumbai with reasonable prices.. staff was very decent behaviour politely they guided everything... 24 hours attentive.. food was good.. hotel and room everything was very clean.. felt happy to pay and stay.. thank you guys.
