- Very old interiors - Basin in the bathroom was functional but broken - Lots and lots of outdoor noise - Food next morning at breakfast was without salt - There was a power cut at night and after waiting for a good 15-20 minutes we called the reception. They were clueless and took sometime to figure the problem. Then the AC didnt switch on on its own Overall couldn’t relax and get proper sleep. Definitely not worth 6 grands a night.

I would highly recommend this hotel for stay and food. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. The food is good too plus the morning breakfast have agreat spread. My kids enjoyed and the best cafes are so nearby. Thank you staff for making my stay comfortable and memorable.

Very bad hospitality. Visitors charge chahiye enko . Very very very bad experience . Stay ka charge to suna h pr milne ka charge kha hota h first time suna h . Very bad manager. This is not good . Na hospitality na behavior very very bad experience

We stayed here for 3 days and probably could not take thier complimentary bf for 2 days as we were out. On the 3rd night while coming back to the room we informed the at the help desk to send our bf in the room as they don't have a ballroom or a banquet to set up a buffet.. They never gave us a reminder for the same neither did they send the bf at the room.. When we called at the desk they said we are 15mins late and the bf is removed.. Despite several request they didn't respond and we had no options left.. Very pathetic experience... A big no for a 5K+ tariff hotels...

The room was badly maintained. Smelly, the toilet seat was broken. I had to change the room. Then the alternative room they showed was very cramped and ac was not up to the mark. to upgrade to a better room.
I was very disappointed by the room they showed and in reality it was not at all good for the money I spent. So finally I ended up paying extra for an upgrade and unfortunately I fell sick in the room might be coz of the food I had there at hotel and had food poisoning. Requested hotel to give some time to vacate. They were adamant that max by 2.30 PM I had to vacate.
Then I offered ₹ for extension till 4.30PM.😅
Finally the horror show ended and I left to my cousin's place and stayed there.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the food quality was excellent. Highly recommended!

the photos seemed deceiving from the actual room. the bathrooms and specially the bathtub is tiny and also due to its proximity to SV road the traffic noise is quite eminent and sleep disturbing.

there is a pun/nightclub in the basement and it plays really loud music. my room on the first floor was literally vibrating. music goes on till 1:30am at least on the Saturday that I was there. it was really uncomfortable and sharing this so that if there are any elders or people who are tired.

I visited the hotel for my business tour in Mumbai. Check was very smooth by Mr.Suraj room was very good i have taken Executive Room. They provide airpot pickup as well. Morning breakfast quality and food taste was very Overall nice experience

No window in room & room has very old furnishing & in hotel no banquet for breakfast & even pub is near to hear then sound is hearing in room whole night. It's very bad hotel & our night is very horrible
