東方紫菀酒店(Hotel Oriental Aster - Mumbai International Airport)

It was very good and pleasant stay. The breakfast served was very good and included the breads dosa sambhar idli juices and ***y more things. Easy to reach the location and comfortable rooms makes it one of the best hotels in economy. If anyone going to mumbai for the first time I would recommend this hotel to them

Bad hotel for the price .

Lovely stay for 1 night before flying home to UK . Staff very friendly at check in Room clean and tidy with complimentary water and tea & coffee . Hotel is in a busy but safe area . We walked to a restaurant and then had a drink in the hotel bar with outside seating. Very quiet room and the hotel arranged a taxi to take us back to the airport.

Property was basic but as expected for the price. Staff were helpful and location convenient for our trip. Would happily stay here again

Allow me to state that the staff here were excellent and very very helpful. However, this is not somewhere where any westerner would want to stay. The neighborhood is terrible and the hotel itself is in rough shape. If you're transiting, stay at the Niranta hotel in the airport. If you have an extended stay in Mumbai, get a hotel in Navi Mumbai. I've travelled extensively throughout India and can handle most places, but I couldn't wait to leave.

I had one of the best Indian meals of my life this morning at breakfast at the Aster Oriental Hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food was scrumptious. Perfect idlis , fresh coconut chutney, mini puris with potato. It brought a big smile to my face. Thank you, chef! The truth is all meals I’ve ordered on room service were also divine.

Wonderful & Pleasant Stay Friendly staff, Lovely room as per online, AC works very well The restaurant staff is very smily with guests as all the hospitality need like this Staff. Overall all the service are great, Will be visit again !

The Oriental Aster is located on a busy side street near the airport. Rooms are nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. However my sleep was disturbed by traffic noise from street below, dogs barking from the street below and doors slamming in the corridor. Breakfast was ok. If noise doesn’t bother you than it is a nice choice

Passenger is standing at the airport , No one is responding to calls Mr. yash Confirmed the booking to us and at last moment when we asked for confirmation he stopped responding to call and Chat Hotel Staff not at all Co-Operative , Very Arrogant and Very unprofessional , They dont even pick up the Land Line , Even the Sales ***ager doesnt Repond to call, Mr. Tushar (***ager) Doesnt Even Respond to Calls in case of Emergency , More than 5 time we tried calling them but no revert, Mr. yash from hotel reads the message on whats app and Dont even Reply for the same We tried his number several time on 15 March 2023
