The food they served was totally unhygienic besides the treatment of the staff was so rude and unsafe. Therefore, I would suggest it’s better not to stay in this property as the charges are also highly expensive for this accommodation. Thanks for asking the feedback. Have a good day!

The property was OK. It looked fancy but for the price I think it lacked few important things. The AC was controlled by ***agement. I am used to low temp while sleeping which was highly inconvenient. The washroom and bath were barely separated so while showering the area under toilet was wet and flooded. I would have expected a small bathtub. The tea/coffee was provided but no cutlery so had to use a pen to stir my coffee.

Laundry Service was really very excellent. Cleaning was maintained. House keeping was on time. Food Quality was good . Staff behaviour was nice . No disturbance. Transport services was on time . And Interior design of room is very beautiful. @jigardasuri

A not so pleasant experience . Food was okay. Staff was totally none co-operative. Would like to appreciate the good staff but an overall lack of professionalism was surely evident. Most of the times you told a NO for even the smallest of the tasks. ***agement should understand that people are coming from far off places and they need more of assistance. One of the reception guy at midnight didnt even speak properly while checking out. I hope the hotel considers the seriousness of these issues into account and take necessary actions. Would appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and a few good staff at reception and restaurant.

The hospitality wasn't as per expectation. Most of the hotel team don't converse in English at all. Their room temperature can't be controlled. Only one person in the entire hotel was helpful. Food isn't the best. Lack of food choices for the said price. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It was really an home away from home experience to us. The property was very clean , the staff was good and well behaved except for some front office. The buffet served was really amazing and they have really good and polite staff in the coffee shop. Mr. Amol was very kind and was really good in his job right from our check in till check out whenever we meet him at coffee shop he was very friendly and very polite and pleasant and ready to serve. Everything was fine and we really enjoyed our 4 nights at the property.

Service is amazing. Food is delicious. Jamshed really good and gracious people to interact with . Loved the ambiance and the overall experience .and room is complete hygienic place to enjoy with your loved ones would recommend everyone to come across and enjoy your time here . Would love to visit again with frnds and family

Requested for 2 full beds and 2 rooms. When I check in , they simply said they do not have 2 full beds in each room. If they do not have it, why did they advertise in first place. We just can not walk out at that night with elder people despite paying thousands of rupees. They did "favour" by giving additional temp bed as free. What an unprofessional way of handling customer service.Food is good and Hotel is clean.
