設施：5星酒店標準配置； 衞生：每日按時打掃房間，很乾凈； 環境：出行方便，頂樓觀海風景很好，很安靜 服務：非常熱情，因為帶的有小朋友，門衞，前台人員，餐廳服務人員，樓頂帶眼鏡的服務元，餐廳主廚，還有大堂經理，都對我們很照顧，無論孩子走到哪裡他們都會很有好照顧孩子，非常熱情，很感謝酒店提供的熱情服務，雖然已經不是海景房了，但是他們的服務態度讓我認可這個酒店，感謝酒店每日給孩子準備的蛋糕，水果和飲料！

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice. Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

Good nad comfort stay

I was in Mumbai for a business meeting when I was looking to find the best hotel to stay. Lucky enough, got an awesome room for only 5k points with free breakfast (though not used). The check in was a breeze ***** with the room I got. Really nice, clean and tidy rooms with great welcome gifts like on the house snacks :) We are planning on next stay @ Hyatt Centric just coz of location, rooms, amenities, vibes …

Very modern hotel with linear and cheerful design. Very attentive service, kind staff, excellent location, fantastic breakfast, extremely clean. One day there were problems with the wifi, but they were promptly solved. It's an excellent hotel under all points of view.

Desde el check inn la experiencia fue muy buena. Muy bien ubicado, si bien no es en la zona céntrica turística de la ciudad, queda en un barrio muy seguro y con la playa al frente. El personal muy servicial , siempre con una sonrisa y con buena disposición para aclarar cualquier duda. El desayuno está ok, y el restaurante Sesame tiene una carta acotada pero buena comida .

Me recibieron excelente y me otorgaron facilidades debido a un problema que tuve con la aerolínea. Cene casi a las 2am con el room service, y no solo había variedad de opciones sino que la comida estuvo excelente. El hotel tiene varias salas donde pude disfrutar una larga espera de mi vuelo de salida que se retraso.

The Hyatt Centric hotel in Juhu is simply amazing. The staff at the hotel may have been the best I've ever seen. From how we were greeted upon a late night arrival or the local food recommendations the staff was always helpful. The rooms were simply amazing. Our room was very modern, clean, and spacious. The food options within the hotel itself were good and if you need some local street food you have lots of options near by. Juhu beach is right there as well. We will 100% be staying here again on our next trip to Mumbai!

I had an amazing stay although i stay one night....everyone from the front door to the checkin process was friendly yet professional....

Special mention for F&B ***ager - Rasikta for going above and beyond to ensure the guests are not only taken care of during their stay in the property but also for her on-point restaurant recommendations off the property. Our stay in Goa, was elevated a notch higher owing to her hospitality. A notable mention for Ms Rutuja too, who ensured proactive execution and prompt corrections to errors by other team members. Hotel is well located and value for money.

Good in parts and not-so-good in parts, Hyatt Centric Juhu's positives include prompt and warm staff members & a good location. The rooms, while comfortable, lack finesse. The "feel" is that of a congested property located in a crowded area rather than that of an oasis of comfort that you expect from a Hyatt property.
