前台有個黑鬍子男經理很糟糕,死板沒邏輯還謊言糊弄客户。我訂的標間,網頁寫標間在1-3層我想要3層標間他就騙我説3層就要加錢,但事後我問其他前台很明確告訴我3層也有標間不用加錢的。晚上我入住的房間燒水壺壞了客服給我換了房間,第二天我要發票告訴他我住在A房間,黑鬍子男經理很不耐煩的反駁“nonono,我們系統顯示你住在B房間”,我解釋説那是因為昨晚燒水壺壞了給我換了房間,你們系統沒及時更新your system info did not update,黑鬍子就一直在反駁我根本聽不懂人説話,死較真,你們系統訊息沒更新還怪客户。這個黑鬍子男經理説謊騙人還不承認錯誤,很沒素質。
