穆斯菲爾德酒店(Hotel am Moosfeld)

一家很棒的飯店，房間乾淨、寬敞。它有一個很棒的室內游泳池，牆上有壁畫。友善、熱情的員工。靠近地鐵站，方便前往慕尼黑市中心。

Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule. Regarding service: - ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw) - 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs - all website-provided informations are up to date - there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm) - staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English. - Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip. Location: a bit far from train & metro stations. Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first. Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.

Ich war mit meinem Sohn für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gut. Es gibt 3 Aufzüge, ein Restaurant, ein großer Frühstückraum, Fitnessbereich und ein Pool. Den Pool haben wir gerne besucht und hatten ihn eine Stunde für uns alleine. Das Personal ist an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum und in Restaurant super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Auswahl zum Frühstück und köstlich war es auch. Die Auswahl an Speisen im Restaurant war für mich zu wenig, dafür gab es eine Kinderspeisekarte und das Essen schmeckte uns sehr gut. Die Portionen sind rieseg. Poolbereich ist natürlich super. Alles war gut außer die Lage hatte nicht viel zu bieten und die anderen Gäste waren etwas seltsam. Manche saßen draußen neben dem Hotel auf dem Boden und tranken Alkohol. Ein Kind rannte meinem Sohn wütend hinterher um ihn vom Hotel und dort spielenden Kindern zu vertreiben. Wir blieben daraufhin den Rest des Abends auf unserem Zimmer. Ansonsten war das Zimmer schön, auch wenn nicht so modern aber dafür sauber, das Bett schön weich und ruhig. Super fand ich die Spielecke neben dem Restaurant. Sowas habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie gesehen, finde das aber super. Danke an das Personal und die Zimmermädchen, ihr macht eine sehr gute Arbeit.

War alles super

Das Hotel Am Moosfeld in München ist ein wunderschönes Familien Geführtes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter und der Service ist perfekt und super freundlich. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, das Bad im Zimmer ist sehr modern. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausreichend und es gibt viele leckere Produkte. Der Service beim Frühstück ist immer freundlich und schnell. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr gepflegt und man kann dort einfach schwimmen und entspannen. Man kann aber auch im Fitnessraum gewichte heben und seine Ausdauer verbessern. Die Kaminstube hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Kellner sind freundlich und schnell im Service. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und sehr frisch. Ich kann durch meine Erfahrung und mein Erlebnis das Hotel am Moosfeld sehr empfehlen. Es ist einfach ein sehr schöner Ort um seinen Urlaub schön zu verbringen.

Bom hotel, ótima infraestrutura (sauna e piscina) e excelentes café da manhã e limpeza. Atendimento na recepção não muito cordial. Quarto bem equipado e confortável, senti falta de uma TV maior e mais canais na TV a cabo para estrangeiros. Localizado a 10-15 minutos de carro de uma estação do S-Bahn. Na época, o hotel enviou uma van para nos pegar na estação. U-Bahn próximo, 15 minutos de caminhada. Recomendo.

Hotel molto comodo se si arriva a Monaco in auto dalla strada che proviene da Salisburgo in quanto è vicinissimo alle strade di grande comunicazione, è in una zona molto tranquilla con un ampio parcheggio. In dieci minuti a piedi c'è la fermata della metro che in 20 minuti ti porta direttamente in pieno centro. Quindi permette di visitare Monaco dimenticandosi dell'auto. Per il resto un classico hotel continentale, con personale cordiale disponibilissimo a tutte le richieste. Buona colazione. Dispone anche di una piccola sala ristorante, della quale se si vuole usufruire consigliamo di prenotare in anticipo (almeno nel periodo che siamo stati noi tra Natale e Capodanno c'era il pienone)
