城市中心客房酒店(Centerroom City)

Bien situé, près du métro et du musée BMW. Manque quelques item dans la chambre tel un ouvre bouteille, un ventilateur ( vraiment chaud du côté sud de l’immeuble) un bouchon pour l’évier de cuisine ainsi qu’un linge pour essuyer la vaisselle ( on a ce pris une serviette de la salle de bain! ) La toilette est plutôt petite et un peu de moisi dans le bas de la douche !

Residence in posizione tranquilla a poca distanza dal centro città. Metro a circa 400 mt e dopo poche fermate sei a Marien Platz. Struttura sostanzialmente funzionale con reception, tranne la notte. Parcheggio a pagamento. Nei dintorni tutti i servizi, Camera, 347, buona, pulita, piccolo angolo cottura, balcone, bagno con tutto tranne il bidet.

Es gibt zu viele Hausstaubmilben !!! Ich habe die Rezeption Bescheid gesagt und sie haben nicht reagiert!! Ich könnte nicht schlafen und hatte ich extrem Hautausschlag!!! Ich habe noch nie so schlechte Hautausschläge!! NICHT EMPFEHLEN!! there are too many house dust mites !!! I told the front desk and they didn't respond!! I couldn't sleep and I had an extreme rash!!! I have never had such bad rashes!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Bed bugs in room 315 Woke up in the middle of the night and discovered we had been bitten and then saw the bed bugs in the bed. Reception is closed in the night so had to wait until the next morning to report it. I showed the man at reception the photos and videos I took of the bugs. He changed us to room 317. He gave us ten euros to use the washing machines and dryers to clean our clothes and some complimentary snacks from the vending machine upon our departure. When we arrived back at the hotel that evening, the staff had put our laundry in our new room on a drying rack which was nice of them. And our backpacks had been put into bin bags and also moved to our new room. When we returned home from our trip we rewashed all of our clothes as well as our backpacks in hot water and dried with high heat as well to hopefully kill any bedbugs. Unfortunately the heat shrank a lot of our clothes and destroyed my backpack, and all these items now need to be replaced. We emailed the hotel requesting a refund but they did not reply. Aside from bedbugs, the pillows were awful, the walls were thin and noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms were disturbing during the night. The rooms are cleaned once a week and they charge if you want your room cleaned more frequently than that. If they sort the bedbug situation, the hotel is an adequate bed for the night but nothing more.

Everything excellent with this place, few minutes walk to underground to travel anywhere in the city or get the train further afield if needed. Excellent balcony and very clean room, wifi good as well, shops and restaurants nearby and vending machines at reception for beer, cigarettes, snacks and drinks. Located in a really nice part of munich, not too far to walk to the Olympic Park and BMW factory, my room actually had a view of the Olympic tower. Can see no faults with this place.
