慕尼黑達斯酒店(Das Hotel in Munchen)

Hotel con camere vecchie , non proprio quelle publicizzate su booking, anche se la posizione era strategica . La cosa peggiore però è il personale: scadente , maleducato , casinista .. un giorno mi hanno cambiato la camera senza avvisarmi ( è successo ad almeno 5/6 persone lo stesso giorno) la sera al mio ritorno mi sono trovato tutta la mia roba buttata a malo modo (le scarpe avvolte nelle camicie) dentro la valigia e in uno sgabizzino, avevo camicie , giacche e pantaloni x lavorare inutiluzzabili, non ho più trovato il mio pigiama , 3 magliette , il carica battetie e parte del beauty...nessun del personale mi ha piu aiutato a ritrovare le cose, da denuncia ... ho pagato con booking e mi volevano fare pagare un altra volta cose non mie ; mi hanno dato la fattura sbagliata con un altro nome e nn mi hanno mai dato quella giusta, anche cercando di spiegare il problema ... giuro un inferno...non andateci

le niveau sonore dans la chambre est inacceptable. J'ai eu l'impression d'avoir la fenêtre ouverte en permanence alors que ce n'était pas le cas. C'est problématique vu le nombre de bars dans la rue. Et rien n'est prévu pour les clients étrangers : tout est en allemand, même pas une phrase en anglais. Bonne chance donc pour trouver votre chambre si vous arrivez à 21h car les instructions sont en allemand ! Dommage car l'hôtel est situé dans un excellent quartier.

Der Name des Hotels ist genauso einfach und schlicht, wie auch genial. Super zentrale Lage, Zimmer einfach aber sauber. Fenster zum Innenhof —＞ es war überraschend still am Abend, obwohl wir das Fenster offen hatten.

Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zwar war der Empfang freundlich aber inkompetent. Doppelzimmer mit nur ei er Bettdecke. Trotz nachfragen und dem Versprechen eine auf dasczimkerczu bringen musste ich die Nacht ohne Decke verbringen. Dusche oder besser Nasszelle ist sauber aber alt.

The hotel was clean, but we had a theft and a breakage in our room while we were out. My hair straighteners were broken on the floor (and I had left them on the bedside table), and a necklace and (bizarrely) my partner’s trousers were stolen. We were told that the cost of the hair straighteners would be reimbursed by the hotel’s insurance. I gave them all the details and have chased the hotel 3 times via email with no response or reimbursement. A really negative experience for us. Shower was warm at least!

Absolutely not recommendable. We booked 2 premium double rooms in this hotel for the only reason of having air conditioning in the rooms but we found none of this in both rooms that we booked. ********** helped us through this problem but the hotel denied partial refund. We were given a coupun by **********, thanks for all your help. but if we knew we would have booked another hotel. Also we had a problem with hot water. We showered with cold water for 3 days out of 4. When we complained we were told that they have checked it and found no problems. But then they told us that maybe the hot water has been used up. Bathroom sink of room 113 was blocked for all our stay. I have complained also but problem remained. No privacy at all , terraces are linked with no privacy area. Moreover no security as the terraces can be accessed from the fire exit, even from public. Such a pity for this hotel since rooms are very big and did not expect these problems at all. We spent so much time of our holiday on the phone trying to solve the problems. Cleanliness was also not so good. Buffet breakfast is pretty good and with a variety of pastries. Rooms size and breakfast are the only thumbs up for this hotel.

I stayed here for a night while in Munich for business. I was thrilled to find out that it was only steps from where I needed to be, and the cost was far lower than I had anticipated given Munich's reputation for being an expensive city. the room was quiet, even though it was very close to the check in desk and the breakfast was exceptional. I would happily stay here again next time I am in town!

Location of the hotel is amazing. You get a chance to stay right in the center of the city, with a lot of good "non-touristic" restaurants nearby. Atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. Rooms are quite big and clean. Breakfast has everything you might want. The owner is very attentive and caring. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel for both work and leisure trips. Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub in München gebucht und hatten das Oktoberfest besucht. Dabei hatten wir im das Hotel in München gebucht. Das grosszügige Zimmer im 5. Geschoss, übrigens sehr ruhig, hat uns sehr gefallen und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
