Mount valley located amidst tea plantations which offers a great view of hills and plantations . On the way to the resort we can have a beautiful view of the waterfall. This resort is located in Pallivasal which is also near to Munnar town, which is around 6 Kms. It is maintained very cleanly . Especially the staff are very polite and helpful. Overall our stay at this Resort is very good.

Location is quite good it is neither too close nor too far from munnar. It is located in the middle of beautiful tea plantations. Rooms are spacious. But, it would have been good if some basic amenities like some chairs and table to sit, cutlery and some toileteries in the standard room as well.

Excellent location if you prefer to be removed from the hustle and bustle. Excellent food, excellent staff service, especially the manager. Great views from the rooms and the property in general.

Even though the journey to the hotel is not great as it’s secluded. The view from the hotel is equally worth it. The breakfast was nice. Highly recommend it to everybody. Superb experience overall.

The location is excellent, situated in a secluded area on way to the tata tea packaging factory in pallivasal. The property is enveloped by picturesque tea plantations, offering a splendid view of the aatukad waterfalls and the valley. The culinary experience is exceptional, with hygienic food prepared on a made-to-order basis. However, it's important to note that the ghat road leading to the property is narrow and has a steep slope, requiring caution for those unfamiliar with driving in hilly terrains. Regrettably, there is no designated campfire area as advertised. In summary, the stay is above average overall.

One of best places i stayed ever in tour. The view rooms facilities, everything was top notch. The only department they lack is not having a live resturant but that can be ignored. The manager and staff were really good.

Location is good, food is good. Rooms are very very small and non ac. Very unhygienic washroom with molds on curtains and walls with bad odour.

It was better than i expected, the food provider for the breakfast is delusion. And i have a better view of nature.

We booked valley view room. Size of the room was decent enough. Room and bathroom was clean and well maintained. Service was good. Food was delicious. Breakfast was complimentary it was also good. They don't have running kitchen. You will have to order food by 4 pm. They have limited menu but most of the options were available. Tea was very good. You have limited options in breakfast but it was good enough. Road to the resort is very narrow for around 1 km so if you are going by your car you have to be very careful. Curtain in the room was little dirty which could have been washed regularly
