飯店位於車站對面，工作人員不友好，早餐一般，座位不夠，咖啡無法飲用：儘管咖啡機很棒，但不可能喝到濃縮咖啡，甚至願意單獨付費！臥室裡的玻璃有碎裂，浴室乾淨但很暗（勃根地）。非常沒有人情味。

Positive Erfahrung: Lage nahe Hbf. Münster, zur Altstadt nur wenige Gehminuten. (Superior-) Zimmer im 3. OG blitzsauber und gut schallisoliert, moderne Einrichtung (gute Betten, ausreichende Kleiderbügel, mehrere Kommoden, CoffeeMaker), auch im Sanitärbereich. Frühstück lässt bzgl. Angebot und Qualität keine Wünsche offen.

Die ursprüngliche Idee von Novotel war ja, dass alle Häuser überall die gleichen Standards erfüllen. Dass von dieser Idee nicht mehr viel übrig geblieben ist, zeigt das neue Novotel in Münster. So verfügen nur die Zimmer der preisgünstigsten Kategorie über Betten mit durchgehender Matratze (Queen), während in den teureren Zimmern die angepriesenen King-Betten im Prinzip nur aus nebeneinander gestellten Einzelbetten bestehen. Das ist indiskutabel! Die Immobilie ist ansonsten topp, etliche Abläufe gelingen allerdings personalbedingt noch nicht zufriedenstellend: check in, Rechnungsstellung, Frühstück und vor allem das überaus schlampige Housekeeping! Die Bar ist dagegen ein Lichtblick und der einzig wirklich professionell geführte Bereich
