Clean, well kept and private accommodation. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quite, pieceful stay in Murchison. If you are into adventure and mountain biking or snow boarding, Aaron is a great guide and knows the area well.

Wow what an lovely place, great location with an amazing garden, outdoor kitchen, fire pit etc.. especially loved the swing. Stayed in Kea which was very clean, fresh and well equipped. Host very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, great for fishing mountain biking. Would definitely return.

Great little cabins, clean with everything you need. The cabins are in a mini bush settings, with a shared outdoor kitchen (so cool), tree swing and trampoline. Our cabin (Tūī), had a few games was warm and had an outdoor brazier which we could use. We spent our night round the fire roasting marshmallows, making smores and making memories. Would defiantly stay again if passing through. 10/10.

Our key was placed in a key lock outside reception- (as manager is not there much) a code apparently went to my Australian phone number - was not able to get into our cabin. Phoned manager, left a message, did not call back. Found the back door unlocked to our cabin - so helped ourselves. No clear instructions on where the extra bedding was (never found it). There is no internet / no TV reception. Cabins are very run down. House keeping lady was so very nice the next day, that’s the only positive.

Fabulous host, good accommodation - Great base for touring and outdoor activities. I would certainly like to return and spend more time there. Murchison has lots to do and see nearby. Having a full bike workshop was an advantage.

Stopped here for one night and loved it so much. The room was spotless and well equipped. The bed and shower were fab. The beautiful gardens were full of birdsong to wake to. Our host could not be more helpful. A lovely experience all round.

Very pleasant, well set up cottage accommodation close to the centre of town and local tourist attractions. Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of room for this older couple. Nice walk in shower – much appreciated! Good cooking facilities, although oven slow to heat. Owner asks residents to cook meat outside in the bush kitchen. My only grizzle – a pebble path from the carpark to the unit – impossible to pull a suitcase on. Would also appreciate a ramp up to the front door, not just steps.

Good location and a minutes walk into the township. It was private and had a pretty outlook over the garden. We even watched a Piwakawa take a rain shower! We had 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Good living space. Friendly staff. Very clean.

Beautifull garden setting quiet and peaceful. Great wee town handy place to stop with handy rides and swimming hole. Stopped on way north and was very worth the stay and great value for 2 bed independant unit

Great location with excellent facilities. The outdoor area is lovely for relaxing and the two rooms we booked were very comfortable, although not huge. The hosts were extremely friendly and the location is fantastic.

Stayed in Falcon unit which was cosy for a family of 5 but if one of the kids doesn't mind the sofa bed, then it's great. A handy walk to the main street, it's clean, quiet and the weka run around and keep you amused. Fab garden area.

Upon our arrival we were welcomed to the property by Aaron and shown to our cottage. We are 3 women in our 70's and we found the accommodation very comfortable. Lovely setting and a short walk to the town centre. A great place to stay.
