Pensión limpia y correcta. Buena relación calidad/precio y buen trato. A 5-10 minutos de la estación del tren y del centro.

Très bonne surprise! Nous y avons passé deux nuits. Petit studio très sympa et très propre donnant directement sur la placette. La pension est bien située, à une cinquantaine de mètres du pont allant dans le centre historique et toute proche d'un quartier plus populaire avec pleins de boutiques. L'accueil a été très sympathique, le monsieur nous a donné un plan avec tout les endroits à visiter.

Pension bien située par rapport au centre historique. Accueil chaleureux, chambre de petite taille mais propre. Il se peut que pendant la période estivale, si toutes les chambres sont occupées, ce soit un peu bruyant, nous n'avons pas eu ce problème. Mettre des couvertures d'appoint ds placard, ns avons eu un peu froid. A 2 pas de l'établissement, vs pouvez prendre un bon almuerzo. On peut se garer en zone bleue à moins de 500mts. Qualité / prix très raisonnable.

Todo muy bien asta que llegamos y nos dicen que es un 3 sin ascensor diciéndonos las señorita de recepción que se nos avía informado y le dije que eso no es así a mí nadie me dijo nada y ella me contestó que es raro por qué esta reserva la a hecho el jefe. Hay que asegurarse que no os den la habitación que está en la 3 planta si ascensor

This is a very good budget hotel well situated in Murcia. It is an easy walk from the bus and rail stations as well as from the main sights. My room was small but adequate, although the shower room was a bit tight. The beds were comfortable, the wifi was great and it was quiet even though it was in quite a busy square. Breakfast was in a cafe next door and was good value given the price. The staff were very accomodating.

This is a budget basic hotel. We stayed for two nights. Check in simple. Had a front facing room. Was a very small bathroom and bedroom was OK. Aircon decent. No safe. We only needed to sleep in the room so it was decent for what we paid. Would stay again easily.

Clean, friendly hotel. The rooms and facilities are very basic but cannot be faulted for the cost. Great value for money. The breakfast is also great value (€3.90 for juice, coffee and tostada in the neighbouring cafe.) Free WiFi, central safe location. Would be great if the rooms had a safe in them for valuables. Overall a good stay.

I do believe the hostel is ok for the price but I was facing some challenges as they trying to force me to leave the room in the reception even I know there is a penalty of 50 euros if I lost. I told reception that I'm aware and that I prefer to keep the key with me as I m going down to get something but he refuse by the end I told is a matter of minute. So this is cause me some kind of distress as after a friend of mine come to Collect something from me and I did ask my friend to come to take from the room as I have problem with my leg. Receptionist starting to behaving badly saying that my friend is not allow to enter to the room and if he does he should pay. This is absolutely unacceptable as I paid for the room and I'm not in prision so I told that is just a matter to get what I brought but the reception declined his enter. So I told him I have been everywhere and this is the first time I'm coming across with a place like this. I told him to show me the hotel police even he didn't have and told me to ask tomorrow I do think this kind of customer service is not what I was looking for
