Muy buen Hotel, con todo lo necesario para una buena estadia, desayuno muy variado, exquisito, muy buena atencion de las personas que trabajan en el hotel. confortable, limpio, centrica y con buena ubicacion cercana a estacion de tren. hermosas vistas a Los Alpes.

Hotel Jungfrau far exceeded our hopes and expectations! We are experienced travelers and this was one of our best experiences top to bottom. Murren itself is incredible and has so much to offer for the active sportsman or for the person looking for a beautiful place to relax and dine and perhaps stroll in a charming village in The Alps. Hotel Jungfrau has excellent common and private spaces. The views exceed the photos and must be seen in person and are hard to leave. The included breakfast is superb and has vast varitey of choice. For the skier, the location and the facility is your dream and for the non skier it is the same. The hotel is beyond clean, the furnishings throughout are in new or very good condition and any need is met upon request. The management and staff are so welcoming and friendly along with being helpful. This was booked as a once in a lifetime visit and already we are sure of anothe visit to Hotel Jungfrau and Murren! Note- this place is great for families, couples, or just friends on a vacation.

Hotel Jungfrau was the perfect place for our stay in Murren and Interlaken area, The entire hotel staff was great to work with. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant several nights and we were very pleased with the food and service! It was great to open the window and see cows outside in pasture and hear the cow bells! So Switzerland!!! Definitely recommend the hotel. Judy

I extensively researched every lodging option in Murren before selecting Hotel Jungfrau, and this hotel still beyond exceeded expectations! The views were breathtaking, the room was sizable with a good, powerful shower! The balcony was out of this world- and the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. Breakfast exceeded the typical European continental breakfast with fried eggs, bacon and sausage. There is also a playroom (with great toys) next to breakfast which was wonderful to occupy our toddler as we ate!!! We were in Europe for 17 days, and this was definitely our favorite hotel with unbeatable value!

Murren is a special place. I have been coming for 34 years and it is perfect every time! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the skiing is fantastic and the restaurants are great. Can’t wait to come back.

The Hotel Jungfrau is a historic hotel that has gone through updates. Our room had the most beautiful view from the balcony of the mountains and glaciers. The beds were comfortable and the room had adequate space for storage and for sitting and enjoying the million dollar view. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food.

Grundsätzlich alles Schlecht, Bedienung unkoordiniert, langsam. Bis endlich Bestellt werden kann und bis die bestellte Ware endlich aufgetischt wird vergeht unendlich viel Zeit. Die Speisen sind schlecht, sehr Fettig, lieblos zubereitet

Nice people, especially our server. However our room was not good - a bathroom door that couldn’t shut and a step from the bathroom to the bedroom that is difficult to see and led to a fall which, though resulting in bruising, could have been much more serious. The most disappointing aspect was that the manager seemed unaware of the step and brushed off the fall as inconsequential, if not amusing. It is a significant health and safety matter that should be taken seriously and must be addressed.

Absolutely idyllic location with views of the alps that cannot be beat. Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good too. Our family loved the stay here. The balcony views are indescribable.

This hotel has a truly friendly and helpful staff from the Front Desk to the kitchen and bar. Every employee could not do enough to make our stay happy and memorable. And the views....Spectacular!!! Absolutely WONDERFUL experience.

Belle situation au bord des pistes, bar pour l’after ski très animé et top, mais le charme s’arrête là… Chambre quelconque qui sent le renfermé, aucun entretien, ventilation bouchée qui vibre, pommeau de douche fissuré qui fuit partout, lavabo bouché et j en passe… Niveau cuisine passez votre chemin, aucun intérêt ! restaurant asiatique tout juste mieux qu’une cantine et qui vous sert du poulet congelé avec une sauce tout juste passable… petit déjeuner qui ne vaut clairement pas un standing 3 étoiles. Bref pour le même prix vous trouverez bien mieux dans la région. Demandez vous pas pourquoi c’est quasiment le seul à offre des chambre libre en pleine saison.

ho soggiornato (purtroppo) una sola notte in questo hotel 3 stelle. La posizione è fantastica, a 10 minuti dalla stazione del trenino di Lauterbrunnen e ad altri 10 dalle altre funivie. Ubicato su una delle due strade principali (strade senza traffico poiché le auto non possono circolare), l'hotel ha una doppia esposizione su un bosco o verso lo Jungfrau. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e gentile, la colazione a buffet ben fornita e con della brioche fenomenali! La stanza, anche se non "tipicamente" montana, ha comunque arredi montani in legno, morbidi piumoni e materassi confortevoli .

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views of the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau but it is showing its age and needs to have quite a bit of maintenance done on it. Breakfast was okay, would be better if things were kept warm. Laundry service was excellent.
