Nous avons passé 2 nuits à Ingagi Park View Lodge et tout était parfait. La nourriture est très bonne et variée, le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins pour ses clients, les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit très confortable ! Le feu dans la cheminée de la chambre est très appréciable. Le lodge est idéalement situé, proche de l’entrée du parc national des volcans.

Un luogo davvero piacevole in cui soggiornare. Il personale è cordiale e gentile, il cibo gustoso e l’accoglienza magnifica. Impossibile dimenticare quanto sia stato piacevole trovare il camino acceso in camera la sera, la borsa dell’acqua calda sotto il piumone, il servizio di pulizia delle scarpe dopo il gorilla trekking ed il massaggio ai piedi. Posso solo consigliarlo a chiunque voglia trascorrere dei giorni nel Voulcanos National Park. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie a tutti ♥️

Ingagi Park View Lodge is a very special place and I loved the two nights I spent there with my small tour group. The property is stunning, with lush gardens and vibrant, spacious and inviting rooms. It gets chilly at night, and the hotel staff took the time to light the fireplace and leave hot water bottles tucked under my sheets each evening. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment from the staff. Additionally, there was a sunset dance performance featuring men and women from a local village that was a very special experience. I also want to highlight the food - hats off to the chef and his staff; everything was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this lovely lodge without hesitation.

We recently spent two nights here and loved our stay. The staff is excellent! From the front desk staff, to restaurant, housekeeping, manager, and to ALL the other staff, each one gave us such attentive and personal service! The property is beautifully laid out with pathways and gardens. The lodge also has amazing views of the volcanoes. Our cottage was spacious, with a wood burning fireplace and the bathroom was big too. The bed was very comfortable. We used their laundry service too. After our treks, when we returned to the lodge, we were given a complimentary foot massage! Our shoes were cleaned too. Please be aware, when you get your shoes back, they might be slightly damp. We kept them by the fireplace at night, and they were dry in the morning. Food was delicious and beautifully presented! My only little feedback would be for the management to consider hiring a professional decorator to give the restaurant and lounge area a facelift. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience Ingagi Park View Lodge. The grounds and rooms were beautiful and well maintained. We loved our room’s wood fireplace - every evening upon our return the staff had started the fire and placed hot water bottles in our beds. The meals were also delicious, with a good selection of meat and vegetarian options. Most of all, the service was excellent! The staff were very attentive and always willing to help. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a visit to the Volcanoes National Park to go gorilla trekking or see the golden monkeys.

I stayed here with my spouse in June and I cannot recommend Ingagi lodge enough. I actually also used them to plan my entire stay in Rwanda! Daniel who is in charge of booking and front desk put together a beautiful trip for us and everywhere we stayed and our guide was wonderful. They are associated with Umubano tours and the owner also assisted with planning. The rooms at the lodge are exceptional and so comfortable. The nightly fire is amazing. The food is exceptional and very detailed. The staff are next level. I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff. Friendly , helpful, and just wonderful. I really do though have to say if you have the pleasure of working with Daniel you are in for a treat! He is patient, detailed and very responsive . He made the experience very easy with no stress.

Pascaline, Khan y Daniel, junto con el resto del equipo hicieron de mi estancia una increíble experiencia, en todo momento estuvieron atentos a los detalles y a que me sintiera como en casa. El lodge tiene una excelente ubicación, a pocos minutos caminando del museo de Dian Fossey. La habitación cómoda, espaciosa y limpia.

C'est un établissement formidable où l'on se sent comme à la maison. Le staff est à l'écoute et à la disposition de la clientèle pour le moindre détail. L'hôtel est très agréable et tout le personnel est aux petits soins. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

4 Seasons and Ritz and Mandarin don't have a nice and friendly service as this Lodge. Food was also very good. I mean very good. Ok, listen up , the rainy season is the rainy season. We had 2 beautiful days and 2 rainy days. Low season for a reason, but we prefer no crowds, but if you insist on sun go in summer high season.

We love our 2-night stay at Ingagi Park View Lodge. Six of us were spoiled by their good service. My friend and I stayed at a beautiful room: Muhouza. Our bed was warmed up by the hot water bottle every night and the fire was lit while we were enjoying our dinner. The bed is comfortable and we slept very well every night. Some of us rented gaiters in the lodge and they helped us to put them on and take them off. They also washed all our muddy hiking shoes and dry them. My relatives brought their own gaiters and the staff was so kind and also washed them for free. Excellent service!! We were also spoiled with a free foot message after our gorilla trekking!! The restaurant staff is great and always served our food with a nice smile. I highly recommend you to stay at Ingagi Park View Lodge.

The gardens were wonderful. The bungalows were clean and maintained. The food was excellent. Having the fire built in the room was nice (though it was sometimes confusing when and how this would be done). There was a fire pit going outside. The bar upstairs was wonderful with a little portable fireplace brought to our table. We really appreciated the way the meals were done with a choice of a European style meal, a local style meal or a vegetarian style meal. Every meal was delicious. Others have said that there is no heat in the bungalows, but from what we heard this is quite common. We never felt cold even when the fire ended. The fireplace is so deep and covered that we never felt running a fire was unsafe as others have mentioned (though we are used to wood heat). Our favorite part of the entire visit was Julius (Thank you for lunch in the garden Julius!). We absolutely loved Julius. He seemed genuinely friendly in every way and not just in hopes of increasing a monetary outcome. Gaiters were offered and boots were cleaned. Loved supporting this fantastic lodge.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights for our double Gorilla trek and we loved Ingagi Park View Lodge. The staff go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can, nothing is too much trouble for them. The chalets are spacious with water, tea and coffee provided. There is an area outside the chalet to relax and take in the calming views. The food is absolutely excellent, we were on full board and the choices at each meal would satisfy anyone. The lodge is the perfect base for a Gorilla trek and there's no doubt that if we do come back to Volcanoes Park we would once again stay here. Finally a shout out to Julius our waiter in the dining room, his warmth, dedication and attention to detail shines through, he is an absolute star.

Spent one night at this lodge for gorilla trekking recently, totally wished we could have spent at least 2 more nights. The service from the staff are impeccable, and attentive. The food was delicious with a wide variety in our New Year Eve buffet. The rooms are well appointed with homey touches. You can see multiple volcanoes from the gardens which is one of the highlights of this location. Thank you Ingagi staff for a beautiful but short visit!

We spent 2 nights at the lodge for gorilla trekking and golden monkeys. Our trip was all arranged by Daniel at the lodge who did a fantastic job. It also included 2 nights in Kigali and a driver to and from the airport. When we arrived at the lodge we were warmly greeted by the staff and given ginger tea and a cookie. The lodge itself is rustic but very nice and comfortable. We had hot water bottles each night in our bed and the fire was going. The food was fantastic! After gorilla trekking our shoes were taken off and we enjoyed a foot massage. Our shoes and gaiters were returned all clean. Overall our stay was absolutely wonderful and we definitely recommend it!
