The hotel was clean and the staff were attentive. They also offer a great deal for dinner buffet. Overall, a great stay!

Although the hotel was clean, overall my stay was disappointing. The service, especially from the reception and during breakfast, was below expectations. The breakfast buffet was not fresh, rarely replenished, and offered very limited food choices. The restaurant was extremely noisy, and there was no door service available at all.
Another frustrating issue was that my room key kept getting deactivated almost every day, which was very inconvenient.
I understand it's a 3-star hotel, but for the same price, you can definitely find a much better option in Muscat.

Decent clean functional hotel, extremely businesslike, everything as it should be but staff were very aloof and unhelpful, when I asked the receptionist to help me with a taxi she walked away, when I asked her colleague he refused and told me to use the ripoff opportunist taxi drivers that were constantly loitering in the lobby and change extortionate prices, customer care non existent but am absolutely fine hotel otherwise
