Close to the airport, nice cafe with food and shisha nearby. Clean rooms, helpful staff, decent breakfasts. Omani coffee and best dates in my life on reception.

Worst hotel and dirty. Outside construction noise corridor full of voice shut the doors loudly.No rules . Worst peoples wrost hotel. Washroom is very slippery dirty old style floor dirty old towels.bas very very very bad hotel appartment.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. One of the reception staff members was rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the start. I checked in early, I was charged an additional full fee, which felt excessive and unfair. Cleanliness was also an issue. The room was not particularly clean, and the bathroom was especially concerning. Overall, I expected a much better standard of service and hygiene.

Rate : 0 The hotel is not clean, and the staff appear poorly trained and inexperienced in dealing with guests. They are unable to handle issues properly, and there are constant problems. Additionally, housekeeping repeatedly enters the room without knocking, which is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy I am formally expressing my serious dissatisfaction with the unacceptable standards during my stay. The hotel’s cleanliness is clearly below professional hospitality expectations, and the staff demonstrate a lack of proper training and competence in handling guest concerns. Problems are frequent, and there is a consistent failure to resolve issues effectively. Most alarming is the repeated entry of housekeeping staff into my room without knocking or obtaining prior permission. This has occurred multiple times and represents a serious breach of privacy, security, and basic hospitality protocol. Such conduct is entirely unacceptable and raises significant concerns regarding guest safety and management oversight. Immediate corrective action is required, as this situation reflects a fundamental failure in maintaining professional and ethical service standards
