The service was horrible, they kept me for 45 minutes to check in, at the end they offered the first floor sea view which was impossible to see anything i paid extra for the view. The staff didn't help when i had to check out quickly nobody came to take the luggage. My past experience was different. I was here many times before but the last visit prior to this was 2019 just before the new year and corona!!! The room wasn't clean enough! Avoid the place it changed a lot and there are many better options in Muscat. Even the breakfast quality and variety has gone! The place lost its crown. And breakfast itself was very expensive, i paid as i was hoping to get the same breakfast as before! The only good thing was the Trader Vic's bar! The manager was amazing very nice and attentive
