我們對酒店很滿意。我們提出要求後，酒店立即為我們升級了房間（原來的房間有點髒）。 飯店距離海灘7-10分鐘路程，但沒有任何配套設施。早餐不錯，但咖啡味道比較淡。 非常感謝總經理：他幫我們換了房間，叫了計程車，還讓我們下午2點就離開了（正好趕上我們的班機）。我們的車晚點了，他還主動開車送我們去機場。

酒店很舊，設施裝修啥的都很落後，而且廁所有一股揮之不去的臭味，酒店員工一般，早餐還行，不會再次入住

Even though the linens were poor quality and it is a bit older, I could get passed that because of the price. However, there is a bar next door that was very loud until 3am.

Extremely bad experience. Loud music continued until 3:30 AM, making sleep impossible. I called reception multiple times, but they did nothing. The next day I was exhausted and had an important meeting. Very bad service, extremely bad room view, and zero concern for guests. Worst hotel stay of my life. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Albergo dignitoso, un pò datato ma con un buon rapporto qualunque/prezzo. Il bagno appena sufficiente , senza doccia ma con vasca. La colazione andrebbe migliorata con ulteriori offerte di cibo.

L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una riammodernata, però è cmq gradevole. Le stanze sono sufficientemente ampie ed anche il bagno che però è un po' datato. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. La colazione sufficiente. La posizione è ottima. E ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo Sicuramente da consigliare.

Хороший отель за свою цену. Внутри правда, как в тюрьме) квадратная инфраструктура, посередине бассейн. Окна не открываются, балконов нет. Кондиционер не выключается, было холодно. Попросили одеяло. Без проблем принесли. На территории отеля чисто и свежо. Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные. Да, рядом бары с дамами легкого поведения, которые потом идут работать в номера отеля. Персонал вежливый и добрый. С номером не было проблем. Уборка так себе. А теперь очень важная информация: у отеля есть местные таксисты на бело-синих авто. Обходите их стороной, они обманывают. Сразу цепляют туристов и давай наседать, в итоге цены потом совсем другие. Вызывайте такси через приложение OTAXI . Пляж рядом общественный. С приливами и отливами. Не оборудован.

Heerlijk groot bed, zacht maar toch stevig matras. Badkamer met bad, shampoo, conditioner enz aanwezig. Water, koffie, thee ed wordt steeds aangevuld. Personeel erg aardig (receptie man mag iets aardiger), manager was zo aardig om ons alles te laten zien: restaurants, zwembad, 2 kanten liften, bibliotheek. Zwembad is groot en in de schaduw, erg jammer dat bij ons er geen handdoeken meer waren en ook niet geregeld werden. Bij het zwembad zijn geen stoelen waar je op mag zitten (ivm de kussens daar op) ook al staan er veel en dat is heel gek vinden wij. Ontbijtbuffet is goed, lekker en uitgebreid. Ook hier willen ze je het naar de zin maken.

The hotel is located in between two other hotels, and is a good option for an economical stay, with nearer access to the beach and parks, the only downside is the unavailability of some menu's which is completely understandable due to the ramadan season, while the staff tries to suggest alternative items to order. Apart from the family who stays next to my room who's noises are suddenly like wild noisy chickens while running to chase each other. A suggestion only, for the hotel to improve its way of allocating guests to allocate as much as possible the same floor for families to avoid disturbing other guests who wants a more serene stay. By the way thanks to Rajender, the waiter for being such nice and attentive. Overall it was a nice stay.

Dear, Hotel Management, I encountered a disappointing experience upon my arrival at Ramee guestline hotel the security guard mistakenly thought i was drunk or coming from a club he prevented me from entering the lobby due the nightclub closing. After check in, I requested to speak with a manager,but, the guard raised voice and gestured towards me in front of him manager. While the crowded entrance may have contributed to the misunderstanding, i went to clarify that I was not under the influence; I had simply come from outside I requested for an apology but, received no acknowledgment, which lead me to check out immediately, feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I believe all guests deserve respect dignity and I hope my feedback helps improve future experiences they should used other door exists for club only not main entrance door hotel lobby.
