Wonderful location and views.  Facilities are slightly in need of a refresh but well maintained.  Amit in particular was extremely helpful in supporting requests

Beautiful hotel, good food, and great views. Whilst located ***** mall road, access to hotel via car has some restrictions (subject to timing etc.) so better to connect with hotel to understand. Staff were very helpful.

Great Service and wonderful views

Bel hôtel en plein centre ville, belles prestations et nourriture variée, par contre énormément de fêtes privées avec chanteurs et musiques au centre de l'hôtel, il faut aimer l'animation quasi permanente :) Je recherchais du calme en montant à Mussoorie, pas de chance.

Our stay at The Fern Brentwood, Mussoorie was absolutely exceptional! Nestled amidst the serene hills with breathtaking valley views, the property perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and warmth. The hospitality extended by the entire team was truly commendable — courteous, attentive, and always eager to help with a smile. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making our stay extremely comfortable. The food was delicious with an excellent spread, and every meal felt thoughtfully curated. What truly stood out was the peaceful ambiance and the overall experience of being cared for so personally. Whether it was the stunning sunrise views, the cozy atmosphere, or the seamless service, every moment felt memorable. A perfect destination for relaxation and rejuvenation in Mussoorie. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a premium hill station experience. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Situated off the Mall Road in Mussoorie with difficult access due to the overcrowded town. The quality of rooms and their location leaves a lot to be desired. We were allocated rooms right opposite the car park and reception, with no privacy, despite what was advertised on-line, rooms with view of "Doone with balconies". It took us almost 4 hours to convince the management that they had to provide accommodation as promised! The reception staff and duty manager did not seem to have the authority to resolve customer concerns. The hotel and room quality is not upto 'Marriott' standards, despite Marriott rates being levied. Bathrooms were unclean with mold growth evident in the wet areas. Plumbing were leaking and bathroom floors were getting flooded due to ill fitting shower doors. Despite all our negative 'check-in' experiences, the staff were very friendly and courteous, always willing to help. Especially Chef Dhanveer, who went out of his way to ensure that our dinning experiences were taken care of during our stay. We found the restaurant staff to be very helpful and courteous. In summary, an overpriced stay in an average hotel.
