The stay was lovely and food was really good. Claridges lives upto their name when it comes to hospitality. They also offer complimentary shuttle service to Mall Road so it’s easier to explore Mussoorie.

one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away. staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness. room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards. property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months. food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced. each staff is very polite & humble. property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill. property approach is easy & not too steep, easily manageable with any car type.

Just perfect place to be at for monsoons

We were looking for a place in the mountains to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday. We were a group of 9 adults, 1 teenager and a toddler, and were looking for a lovely place where we can all be together as family and also be taken care of with our different needs. The Claridges Nabha Residence proved to be an excellent choice. It is located in a beautiful nook of the Mussourie hills and has a very grand, almost royal feel to the place. The rooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds and stocked with all the amenities. The staff at the hotel made us feel at home immediately and took care of each and every need of our group, round the clock. I would specially like to mention Shivang and Dinesh at the Reception, Virendra who took care of the minutest details of our stay ( a special mention for the fragrant bouquet he brought in for the birthday girl and all the effort he put in to decorate the birthday girl’s room, arranging a cake for her at midnight and setting us up with live music), Shailendra at Food and Beverage, Inder who drove us to this beautiful picnic spot in the forest by the stream, ***** with Rohit and Shailendra who made the most amazing maggi for all of us in the forest, and Leena who gently encouraged us to try the excellent spa at the hotel. My sister’s 50th turned out to be exactly the kind of memorable event that we had all hoped for and will look back and cherish for years. Well, this wasn’t our first stay in this property. But the experience was even better than last time. We had a great time. The property is very nice in the calm of the mountains and away from the hussle of the mall road, yet not far. They have a free shuttle service to Mall road, which is extremely convenient. The staff is extremely courteous. We were there for our 25 wedding anniversary and they made it even special. Food is amazing with live music on some of the days made it even more enjoyable. The rooms are really nice and cosy. Accessibility to the property is also very convenient. Our special thanks to their staff, especially Anand ji, Mukesh, Dinesh at front desk and Sunil. Overall the staff will make you feel welcomed and extremely comfortable. Great experience at a wonderful place. If you want to visit Mussorie, then this should be the place to stay. Donot miss thei sandwiches and cold coffee in the breakfast, they are must haves.

We recently visited Claridges, Nabha Residency. Situated on a lush green mountain, it is the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We were fortunate to get a forest view room and we thoroughly enjoyed just sitting in the verandah or the open areas for hours at a stretch. So much so that the ‘mandatory’ visit to the Mall Road seemed like a burden. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The staff is extremely courteous. The food is good. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa. Our trip to Mussoorie was primarily about escaping the fast pace of everyday life and taking time to truly rejuvenate, and the spa delivered exactly that. The experience was exceptionally well-curated, incredibly relaxing, and left us feeling completely refreshed. It is an absolute must-try for anyone staying here. Overall, a highly recommended property that offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and relaxation.

We had an amazing stay at The Claridges. The resort is surrounded by serene and mesmerizing natural beauty, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms are well-appointed with all the essential amenities ***** with thoughtful luxury touches that make the stay truly comfortable. One of the highlights is the limited number of rooms, which helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere without unnecessary crowds. We especially loved the outdoor seating arrangements for meals, where we could bask in the sunshine and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff deserves special mention for being exceptionally courteous, polite, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality added greatly to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend The Claridges to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway, and I would love to revisit in the future.
