Perfect Property with excellent services and location is the USP. The terraces have beautiful valley views and clouds float til garden tables. The breakfast is at par with any five star breakfast with items like kimchi, sourdough, cheese platter, live Dosa stations, non-oily yummy parathas with local handmade butter. dinners were also crafted beautifully with the local lentils. Fresh handmade Kulcha's yummy sabji is like mushroom masala wide area of local deserts. The staff in the dining areas deserve a special mention, extremely polite and very fast service The staff in the lobby are not well knowledge about local excursions to give advice also not making enough efforts to help. The rooms are spacious, equipped with all amenities with private terrace

We recently visited Jaypee Manor in Mussoorie as a family, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was outstanding, from prompt room service to helpful local recommendations. The well-maintained rooms and picturesque setting made it a perfect retreat for our family. Highly recommended for a memorable family getaway in Mussoorie!

We had a wonderful experience. This was our fifth stay in this Resort. The best thing about this property is that it is surrounded with the nature and you can get a three sixty degree view of mussoorie and dehradun. This property is constructed on a separate hill not far away from mall road. The staff is excellent. They carry themselves well. they are courteous and polite. They are always ready to listen to your problem and try to provide a solution to your satisfaction. At the same time as a guest you also need to give them respect and appreciate what they do. The rooms are kept clean all the amenities in the room are up to matk. The recreation zone is an attraction for children and as well as for adults. It has bowling, pool, chess, table tennis, air hockey, badminton, golf, Basketball. The children can spend hours playing. They have swimming pool which is indoor and has a regulated temperature. The food is also relishing. The chefs are really good. Chef's will also customise based on your needs. Show overall it's win win deal. We. Must visit once here. Can opt for rooms in the regency tower or Valley view tower which is on a cheaper side. Few of the staff Vimal ji, Luv, Vishwas, praachi, Mohit, Saakshi, Aditya(Mgr.) were really helpful.

The stay was amazing . Superb property for kids and family . The birthday surprise for my younger one was really special and amazing . The rooms are big and spacious , the food was really nice and tasty . Would definitely visit again . It’s has a. Beautiful view

Amazon food amazing service amazing overall I really recommend this place especially with ur friends and family the atmosphere of this area is great the only real problem is reaching the place ! Other than that a good stag hats off to all the staff

We had our lunch at Cafe Manor in Jaypee Residency Mussorie and experience was great. Staff was polite. Food was delicious. Special mention : Mac and Cheese made by Vinay Singh and Daal Makhani by Chef Mukesh. I highly recommend this café and would love to come again soon.

It was a pleasure staying at Jaypee Residency Manor, Mussorie.The vintage aura of the hotel was very classy and the hospitality of the staff was very welcoming.One person needs special mention,Chef Prakash Negi.He was giving attention to every guest in the restaurant.Breakfast & Dinner buffet served under his supervision was scrumptious.We also enjoyed yummy evening snacks at the open area outside the cafe.Thank you for making our stay @ Jaypee memorable.

Jaypee Residency Manor (Mussoorie) i have stayed for the first time …. This was a business trip to Mussoorie. The location of the hotel was good …. it had good view from very part of the hotel . The welcome done by hotel was in traditional style Aarti & Tikka . The lobby of the hotel is big . The room i was staying in was Deluxe which was a ok ok room as per me n old style room . I felt Green & Manor category rooms had better view & better classy feel to the room . Dehradun is just 25min drive from Jaypee , which was a good point for us . Hotel also has a temperature controlled swimming pool . In Evening local entertainment by hotel was good . Over all it was a good stay .

We stayed at Jaypee Residency Manor for our first wedding anniversary, had an amazing experience. Hospitality was top notch, the staff was very helpful and cooperative, they surprised us with room decor and a pastry. Special thanks to Vivek & Amitraj from housekeeping, Abhishek & Shaskhi from regency dining, chef Diwakar from cafe manor. They made our day most memorable. Amazing property, Amazing staff..wish to visit back here soon

Had a wonderful food at Cafe Manor and special thanks to Chef Anish and Chef Rajveer…… also wonderful service and hospitality from Ms. Cindy…. Everyone served with a big smile and also the food was super awesome and deserve a 5 star… Amhience at cafe minor is also very nice

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth from all of the staff. They genuinely cared and wanted you to feel comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and they all seemed to enjoy working there. We had to attend a business come family dinner at the nearby Savoy and, whilst everything was fine, it was not a patch on the Jaypee. Our rooms overlooked the hills rolling down to the valley where Dehradun is and the sunset made some fantastic light displays. Every evening you had a new 'Towel' character in your room. My favourite was the penguins in the boat. The restaurant staff were exemplary and the chefs would always do their best to accommodate any special requests. The food was excellent, and the breakfast selection was a feats for the eyes. My mother was poorly (broken wrist) during our visit and the staff and Management showed so my concern and care, it was genuinely touching, and much appreciated. I will definitely come back to this part of India and when i do, I will stay here again.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was ok. Points that stand out - Hospitality of the staff customisations that they are willing to make to your food and other things Resort & Location House keeping Live singing every night with the excellent food The willingness of the staff to always be helpful rather than fall back a very typical excuse on hotel policy was just a great change The food was great and the breakfast spread was nice too
