The location was perfect as it was not very isolated from the main roads. Easy access of cabs from the hotel. Food was very good. View from our room was breath taking (207). Very good food (Butter chicken). There was no disturbance from other rooms atmosphere was very good. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Service was quick.

Beautiful location, beautiful experience. I had a really comfortable and pleasant stay at Sun and Snow, Mussoorie. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very cozy, with beautiful views, which made the whole experience relaxing. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming, making it a great place to unwind after the everyday hustle and bustle of work life. The service was smooth and everything was well organized. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

The comfort and warmth of the hotel made me feel like I was staying at home, not just a hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, with beautiful views of the hills. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me throughout my stay. Special thanks to Sonu Chhetri, Shiv Bhutola, and Uncal ji — they took personal care of every need with genuine warmth and hospitality, making my long stay comfortable and memorable. Their friendliness and help made all the difference. The location is great — close enough to Mall Road but far enough to enjoy peace and calm. The rooftop restaurant served tasty food and the overall vibe of the place was welcoming and relaxed. Amazing hotel, clean rooms, fabulous food, staff is also attentive and friendly, ambience is also awesome. My experience at this hotel is really good. Amazing stay and highly recommended , a true gem in mussoorie and i would definitely return.✨

Enjoyed our stay very much. We had the view of the valley from our room and it was stunning and so peaceful. The staff was courteous and the food was delicious at the hotel. The Mall road was at a walking distance from the hotel yet we were away from the hustle bustle of the Mall road. Looking forward to visiting Sun n Snow on our next visit to Mussoorie.
