When we entered the hotel it was in absolute shambles, the entrance was undergoing construction work which was a massive tripping hazard for our young kids- 4 year old and a 4 month old. When we spoke to the reception we queried if their junior suite was the highest category room because we could see clearly nothing else would suffice given the state of the property. The receptionist confirmed that the junior suite is their highest category and they have given us the best room at the hotel. When we entered the room it had a disgusting sewage smell alongwith smell of moisture and dirty bedsheets. The balcony they charged and advertised for was very dirty and inaccessible due to monkeys at the property. Their heating equipment was extremely outdated and there was a cold beeeze coming into the room. We realised instantly we had made a bad choice this time. When we went to the reception to cancel our booking they didn’t offer us an upgrade because that was their best room, they just said they have another room in similar category which we might like. Then the manager rudely highlighted that we had booked standard junior suite and they had a better junior suite which was a lie because at our entry they said they had granted us the best room at the hotel. We didn’t want to waste our time any further with kids feeling cold and hungry due to the wasted time and effort hencewhy we have to leave. The hotel was absolutely disgusting.

Location Is good with car parking, rooms are ok ok.. not up to the mark , bathroom sink was cracked , food was good

I was wonderfull stay breakfast was awesome and Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was quite cooperative.

Scenario of Mussoorie is not the same now, hustle bustle of vehicles, tourists, weather is also not the same as earlier, it is very hot in day time, morning evenings are still better. #PrideAshiyanaResort in #Mussoorie #Uttarakhand is located on the Mall road, walking distance from the #LibraryChowk, the entrance of the Mussoorie and here, there is a restriction of moving of  vehicles to control the heavy traffic entering Mussoorie, one should check the timings before going to Mussoorie, Cabs are generally not allowed to enter the city. Approx fifty eight keys property has #CafePride and #SkyDeckLounge & Restaurant, spacious open lounge with live Barbecue station. Live music during season time in the evenings, adds charm to this place. GM Ajay Manjkhola waited for long to receive us at the hotel as we got quite late due to traffic jam near the entrance to the city. After Tikka ceremony and the welcome drink, we headed to the room. The room was very spacious and decorated beautifully with rose petals, looked amazing. Housekeeping team had done a great job. We enjoyed thoroughly in the evening with wonderful starters and live music at #SkyDeckLounge. Jakhiya kebab was too good, crisp veg Kebab with jakhiya on it, a spice famous in Uttarakhand for takda gives a distinct flavor, loved it, even Soya Kebabs and Malai Chicken Tikka were awesome. Butter Chicken with Nan was okay. Had light breakfast in the room next morning with fresh ABC and watermelon juice. Lunch was conti. food .... Mushroom cappuccino Soup, Creamy Ravioli, Chicken cotton blue were great. Thanks GM Ajay, Chef Bharat and Housekeeping Asistant Manager Vishal for giving us good experience.

Location of Pride Ashiyana is very good on Mall Road, Rooms are really very Good , Hill / Valley view from room balcony is Amazing, Food Cafe is Very Good, in terms of variety, Quality, Hygiene & Ambience . Our 1 day stay was very comfortable. Open dine with music in Evening is also good . Overall nice stay at Ashiana -Mussoorie, entire staff is very humble & caring .

Went there to dine with my friends. It was such a beautiful view and the dinner was excellent. We were served excellently by Satish bhandari . I would highly recommend this to others
