藝術豪華套房温泉酒店(Arte & Mare Elia Luxury Suites and Villas)

This place is beautiful but the rooms need updating. The breakfast was great and the restaurant was also wonderful.

Accueil correct, nous étions venus avec plusieurs amis. Plusieurs chambres ont été sous classés. La gérante vous fait des grands sourires mais ne change jamais rien. Tout ce qui l’intéresse c’est votre carte de crédit ! Les piscines sont petites mais correctes, les jacuzzi ne fonctionnent pas. Si vous avez la chance d’être logé près de la plage vous n’aurez pas tous les jours les aller - retour de 500 mètres sous un soleil de plomb et sur un pente escarpée. La navette étant très aléatoire ! Concernant la nourriture nous n’avons pris que les petits déjeuné qui étaient de qualité moyenne. Nous voyageons souvent : la qualité de cet hôtel est très loin de celle affichée.

One of the worst experiences we have ever had with a hotel. It started when we arrived (in the evening) and based on our *********** reservation, we were told that they could not give us the beachfront private pool room we had booked (Interestingly, another family arriving at the same time could not get the room they had booked too). Instead, we were given another room up the hill (where we always had to wait for a shuttle bus) that was not nearly as good. The rooms are nice in the photos, but in reality not quite so nice. After 2 days they could only provide the room we had booked, which was also not ready by the time they promised. The service in the restaurant is terrible. The waiters are slow, cumbersome and have absolutely no attention for the guests. Do not choose a half board. It was an a la carte dinner when they took 1.5 hours to serve it, with no one else in the restaurant. The food was also rather mediocre. Many dishes that were on the menu were not available to order for days. On the private beach attached to the accommodation, they charge 35 EUR/day/person for sunbeds/umbrellas, which is simply ridiculous. The private pool is dirty and full of bugs. The jacuzzi area and lights do not work. They call themselves 5 star accommodation, but they can only be considered a solid 3 star. The staff are not friendly, the prices are sky high, it's all a rip off. On leaving they did not even question us about how we had felt. I can guess why. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. There must be much much better for this money on Mykonos.

Horrible experience, started with overbooking and pushing us in upper rooms far from the beach. This hotel is below average and public areas need updating. I won't recommend to anyone. The beach is nice but pretty far from the center.

J’ai passé 2 semaines très agréables en famille dans cet hôtel qui fait honneur à Mykonos. Arte & Mare a la plus belle plage (très propre, nombreux poissons) à deux pas du restaurant. On y est très au calme, l’ambiance est familiale, le personnel est très sympatique, cordial et respectueux. Ils ne forcent pas du tout à la consommation et font de nombreux cadeaux ( 2 repas + une activité aquatique = gratuits) (cocktails et même le van de retour de notre voyage). (Il y a même une petite navette qui nous amène et qui vient nous chercher pour aller dans le centre de Mykonos). En résumé : un super hôtel pour la famille !

Consiglio arte e mare Elia Mykonos Suites. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, stanza grandissima e pulitissima. Cibo molto buono e tutto a portata di mano dalla spiaggia alle piscine. Mare cristallino, spiaggia gratuita a partire dalla quarta fila e vista mozzafiato. Maria la manager molto professionale e disponibile. Grazie per questa meravigliosa vacanza.

if i can i would give it a zero i would. ’ve visited over 5 hotels this trip. None compare to this one. It took way too long to receive the room. Placing us in another than we paid for. It was extremely dirty and filthy. Not maintained at all. only in the main area. Def not worth the visit in my opinion. The mini pools were rusty and extremely dirty. The shower had residue left over. The floors were dirty. Not well informed to the guest. DO NOT visit. get something closer and better. At least the restaurant workers were really nice and fast, esp the ones at the beach! plus the driver.

Very nice location on Elia beach. Wonderful views. Great level of service. Thanks especially to a guy called Epaminondas whatever you ask you get an answer from him within minutes. Shuttle Drivers are very kind and helpful too in all situations

Forse nel tempo, qualche stella delle 5 che paventano, sarà caduta e non se ne sono accorti o fanno finta di non accorgersene , per giustificare il prezzo delle “suite” proposte. Inizio la recensione proprio nel descrivere la junior suite che avevo prenotato a più di 4000€ per 8 notti con la sola colazione. Appena arrivato , ho percepito che la realtà non rappresenta minimamente quanto descritto. A differenza delle foto postate, la struttura ormai è segnata dal tempo e dalla mancanza di manutenzione. Le stanze, nel mio caso la junior suite con vista piscina, nella realtà è una stanza( 20 mq e non 35, per come scrivono)al di sotto della Classic/ standard di un degno hotel a 2/3 stelle europeo con la differenza che la vista piscina è da intendersi letteralmente in prossimità(un metro )dalla piscina principale(sola ed unica presente in struttura dalle dimensioni ridotte, in tre si rischia l’infortunio se cerchi di nuotare), con tutto ciò che ne concerne per mancanza di privacy, igiene e la presenza di insetti attirati dall’acqua e, se qualcuno si tuffa, l’acqua ti entra nella stanza da letto. La pulizia delle stanze insufficiente, non usano aspirapolvere ma solo una scopa ed un mocio usati sia per l’esterno che per l’interno delle stanze. Il bagno fatiscente, abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico della doccia risolto prontamente con un telo della piscina ( in grado di assorbire l’acqua che fuoriusciva dallo scarico) rimasto così per tutta la durata del pernottamento. In considerazione della vetustà delle stanze abbiamo rinvenuto la presenza di animali da terra simili agli scarafaggi. Date le condizioni di cui sopra il letto non poteva che essere scomodo. Posso confermare, di concerto con altre recensioni, che la signora Maria ,che gestisce le prenotazioni, si è prodigata ogni giorno per cercare una soluzione per quanto riscontro e denunciato quotidianamente , ahimè, senza riuscirci!Ebbene sì , per le ultime due notti ci ha proposto una stanza alternativa che, a suo dire ,sarebbe stata più comoda ed addirittura con vista mare , forse era proprio quella che avevo prenotato! L’ upgrade “gratuito”non è stato accettato perché anche la soluzione proposta non rappresentava minimamente quanto avevo prenotato e profumatamente pagato. Il comportamento della signora Maria sembra essere ripetibile e ripetuto infatti lo leggo in molte recensioni ( sarà il gioco delle tre carte all’italiana). Chiaramente il cambio non l’ho accettato avendo anche in animo di richiedere il risarcimento danni. Queste le mie considerazioni per esperienza personale e diretta. Da evitare assolutamente. Ps a colazione andate presto rischiate di non trovare nulla!!!
