However, kindly be informed that the transfer rates for the Hotels are fixed by the authorities. We are very sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations, as our goal is always to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every guest. We would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy and for the benefit of future readers: 1. Your confirmed reservation was €321 per night, as indicated in your booking confirmation—not €1,000 per night as mentioned. 2. The room assigned was a Deluxe Sea View Room, exactly as described and shown in our official photos. 3. At check-in, we did offer you the option to upgrade to a higher category room at the applicable discounted price, which was declined. 4. Your booking was made under a non-refundable rate plan, which was visible and accepted at the time of reservation. This is why unused nights could not be refunded. 5. Our air conditioning systems are inspected daily and were fully operational during your stay. 6. Our team members always check in with guests about their breakfast experience, and at that time your response was positive. 7. Our housekeeping team services every room daily unless a "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed, which was the case during part of your stay. We regret if aspects of your visit did not align with what you had envisioned, and we take your comments seriously as part of our ongoing commitment to guest satisfaction.
