Exceptional property - The facilities are top notch, trendy and comfortable, with attention to every esthetic detail. Rooms are generously sized and stocked with all the comforts expected in a luxury property. Our suite included a plunge pool with seating and a lounging area. The concierge staff was excellent. They listen to our desired “feel” for evening dining experiences, and “nailed” the recommendations! Transportation was easily arranged by the front desk staff; with a combination of the hotel driver and a semi-private transportation company. The property is located on Ornos beach and it’s absolutely spectacular. The hotel has ample lounge beds, that are oversized and extremely comfortable. The pool attendant was average on the 3 days we were there. She was eager to take food and beverage orders, but not as attentive with assisting with umbrella adjustments. The pool, dining and bar areas were sensational with a very trendy vibe. Every detail, including cutlery & steam wear, was on par with the branding of the property. The only area of improvement would be extend the breakfast buffet hours until 11:30 & add additional staff to deliver coffee. The server for morning breakfast we had was not interested in checking on us & we had to get up from the table to get additional coffee. Minor inconvenience when looking at how fantastic our stay was. We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel, well-located on beautiful and family-friendly Ornos Beach. We stayed for 4 nights end of August with our two teenagers. We had a Friends and Family Suite with plenty of space for all of us. Great mattresses, good pillows. TV is imbedded in a large wall mirror, nice technology, but can be challenging to see if there is glare. Some English-speaking channels, mostly European. (You shouldn't be watching TV anyway! :)) We met other families, but also many couples who opted for relaxation on the quiet end of the beach. Very popular with Europeans taking their holidays. Many more English-speaking people staying on Platis Gialos. The area offers many little restaurants and beachfront chairs/umbrellas with varying pricing. As a guest, you do not pay anything extra - BONUS! FOOD Pasaji is the hotel's main restaurant, very nice breakfast with made-to-order omelets and eggs and many more options including sugar-free cookies, etc. 5/5. Lunch menu in the restaurant vs. on the beach vary slightly, but a nice selection. Food 4/5. STAFF All the staff are very friendly and make everyone feel welcome, including front desk staff, boutique staff, cleaning and restaurant staff. We did not need to interact with many people; lovely Falak on the beach took great care of us. Getting front row beach chairs was never an issue. AMENITIES Beautiful on-site gym with views of the beach and pool - my son and husband took advantage of this during our stay. The beachfront and poolside chairs are such a bonus - no extras to pay! Every set of two chairs gets a 1L bottle of water in an ice bucket each day, you pay for additional bottles as desired. Lunch menu from Pasaji is quite nice with a variety of offerings. Fresh complimentary watermelon brought to each couple every day - such a treat. In room amenities are Acqua di Parma Colonia, excellent water pressure. Full length mirror and nice outdoor patio. Fireworks display randomly seen from our room. Rooms were quiet when the doors were closed properly - nice to have windows to open to get fresh air when you wanted it. Negatives * Shower drains don't drain right - noticed this at all hotels in Santorini and Mykonos * No toilet paper in the toilets, as expected * Taxi and private transfer prices are high - just be prepared * Because the depth of the water on Ornos is a bit deeper, you will find quite a few yachts anchored, it did not impact our holiday, but should be noted, the bay is dotted with small boats and yachts * Water beach temp is slightly cooler and less turquoise compared to Platis Gialos, but overall we would stay here again anyway if we had the choice. * Hair dryers in the room are not great. If you need salon services, a stunning salon just outside the hotel is available to get gorgeous * Scrub treatment at the spa was just OK. Neglected to do my entire body, perhaps because I am not European, but that was a bit of a let down. Perhaps other services were better. 3/5 Tips * Take the bus into Chora
