Sheraton Broadway Resort Villas

Location location location. It’s close to everything and.

Checked out a day early and left a personal item, called back about 1hour after leaving told the front desk clerk exactly where it was left, she referred me to a website to fill out a lost item from. Two days later I still haven’t heard back from them about it should have easily found it since I know where it was left, I find this unacceptable not to have heard back from them about this. This is why the communication rating was low.

The property is very nice and the grounds are well kept. I was not aware that the lobby and some common areas were under renovation and unavailable, I wish it was posted somewhere to see before making the reservation. The villa itself is very nice and well equipped although some things are a bit dated. I has a couple of issues during my 3 night stay that makes me think that this particular villa was either unoccupied for some time or was not properly maintained. The most important issue was the mattress, it was completely busted with a huge crater in the middle of the sleep area. I don't know how this can happen other than it hasn't been used for quite a while or no one has slept on that side for a while. In any case, I had a rough time trying to sleep on that mattress. The mattress was replaced after I messaged the concierge but the truth is that it shouldn't happen. There was also a very annoying dripping noise coming from somewhere, but I couldn't find any leaks or faucets dripping. The complementary coffee basket had half and half creamer that had been expired for over a month! I was about to put it in my coffee but noticed something weird and checked the expiration. All were expired, which is why I think this villa had not been used or checked for a while. It's a good and very comfortable property but these issued shouldn't happen in a place like this. The staff was great all around.

The whole experience was beyond what I had expected. The gated area with guards made us feel safe as we came into the Villas property. Our room was basically a small apartment, furnished with a washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, stove, full size refrigerator, microwave. The kitchen counter overlooks the living room area for an open concept. Opening the curtains to view outside lead to a balcony that overlooks a pond, walking area, and water spouts. Will absolutely stay in the Villas from now on when visiting Myrtle!!

I am so happy to have found a Myrtle Beach hotel that I like. These villas were amazing. They were clean, spacious and the property offered amazing amenities. I am so happy I found a place to stay again in Myrtle.

Property was well maintained, it had all the amenities that we needed and enjoyed all the different pools. Was unable to do minigolf due to renovations and the pool/snack bar wasn't open.

Lovely property in a central location close to dining, shopping, and sights. Quiet accomodations with balconies overlooking lagoons on a pretty and walkable property.

I really enjoyed my family vacation here. My room was clean and furniture was in good condition. Will definitely stay here again in future.

Everything was great, no complaints. Very clean and comfortable. Family had a great time.
