Half the outlets did not work, only 2 lights would work. Fridge did not work. Toilet kept stopping up we had to plunge ourselves. Tv kept loosing the connection, Bed was very comfy. Saw a few bugs in room. Lots of noise. Breakfast has hardly nothing ther and what was there would run out quickly. Will not stay again, not good for the money!

The room was average at best, The doors were tough to open and the balcony door wouldn’t close without the latch. There was a stench of **** that permeated throughout. And someone pissed in one of the stairways. It looked like there was supposed to be a couch in the room but none was there. Luckily we didn’t need it. I wasn’t sure if the sheets were cleaned as there were dirt marks on them…was looking for bed bugs luckily didn’t find any. The free breakfast was a joke. They had stale fruit loops, Frosted Flakes, a waffle machine and activia yogurt and bread. It seemed like everything else was out. Fun stuff as we were leaving we found some nice crawly friends…cockroaches. Pay the few bucks more and start somewhere else.

Our reserved ocean view room is under renovation but was listed available in the ******* app. We decided to cancel when we got to the hotel. The whole hotel looks like it's under construction.

When we arrived there were 4 officers in the parking lot interviewing people due to a disturbance. The elevator is rusted and scary. There were bugs crawling in the floor. The deck door was rusted and warped at the bottom. The shower hadn’t been cleaned because someone had put stickers. They would have washed off if the shower had been wiped.

We got to stay at the Beachcomber instead of the Day Inn. The building was older, but we didnt mind. We were ocean front, which we loved! There was riff raff outside our door at night making noise and leaving lots of trash which did not make us feel safe. The lady at the front desk was so very nice. I would return on my next trip!

I didn't like the fact that our tv in the rm had a broken leg so tv was leaning when we got there.I propt it with the complimentary tea & coffee bags they had for the rm..why didn't they try something before renting anyone that rm..SMH

The room wasn’t the cleanest it really needed to be swept and I had to clean the shower and bath tub. The front desk has no access to extra towels or wash clothes. There was a breakfast with our stay that was supposed to start at 7 am which did not we missed the breakfast two mornings due to them not setting it up to well after 8pm. We will be finding another hotel for our next visit

We were late checking in and the front desk lady was very accommodating. The only thing was the shower had painted dried up from their renovations. The staff was very friendly and even remembered my name. Overall it was a good visit.

Walls plaster is cracked and soft when u put your hand on it. Poop on bed sheets. Roaches rooms that smell like smoke and bleach. Property around was trashy. I have been to most beaches up the east coast anf this has been one of the worst.

The bed bed was good. The provided good beds and sheets. The hallway was terrible and smelly. The room has hard wood floor, it is good, no stinky smelled carpet. But there were cockroaches in the room and bathroom, and breakfast is not good

It is an old motel but you can’t beat the price. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was spotless. There are no frills but we enjoyed our stay.

We checked in and was given the wrong room but she took care of it right then

The front staff is super friendly. The room is clean. The building needs work. The carpet on the walkway smell like pee. And room 206 (mine) should not be used for customers. When the staff is doing laundry the ENTIRE BED AND ROOM VIBRATE! Not exaggerating. Don't have the staff pushing shopping carts from Big Lots to move the laundry. It looks tacky. Not in the best neighborhood

Don't do it. The condition of property is appalling. The property has a mystery employee that "accidentally" cancels reservations but they'll find a way to book the same room into their system so there's no accountability or receipt for ******* to reference. Plenty of google reviews show the same pattern. The elevator smells of urine. The stairs had vomit. The rooms we paid for had holes in the walls and doors, broken fixtures, cigarette burns on the sink countertop and flyers from local businesses stuffed into the door. The fridge was questionable. The microwave didn't work and sparked. Broken electrical outlets. The view, well, it's a beach, but the door to the balcony was one from another location and installed upside down and didn't even close and lock. The balcony had a nice runoff of mystery water from floors above. The AC's, while cold and functioning were disgustingly filthy and couldn't be adjusted. If you want any form of room cleaning, fresh linens or towels, forget it. The viewpoint of the chain is nobody wants those since Covid. The property doesn't clue anyone in until it's too late, but ask for it, you'll get told "we ain't got nobody to do that". Property and rooms are nothing like what is shown on *******. Believe the users on Google with photos of the roaches and deplorable conditions.
