I recently stayed at this establishment and unfortunately, i had a rather very disappointing experience. 1. Rooms not ready even for more than 4 hrs. Beyond the booking time. 2. Acs not working with no response from the maintenance team through the night. 3. Early morning@5am rooms being disturbed with generator sounds and no solution even after complaints. 4. No response from the manager gm / operations manager on complaints being made. Upon arrival, my room was not ready as expected, which was inconvenient after a long journey. We had booked 2 rooms but one wasn't ready, as if someone had just used it, in the other, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly. After a delay of more than making the stay uncomfortable. Moreover, there was a persistent noise during the night that disturbed my sleep and detracted from the overall experience. As a guest, i value a peaceful environment to rest and relax, and this noise greatly affected my stay. But these problems significantly impacted my enjoyment of the stay.
