Excellent hotel and customer service. Booked this for our 50th Wedding Anniversary which was in June and my 70th birthday which was in Oct. Had package which included breakfast on both days and one evening meal which we had in The Pippin Tree and one lunch which we had in the Oak & Anvil. Food and service in both restaurants was excellent! Rooms was large with shower and a separate bath and the Elemis accessories are really good.

Stayed here for one night last weekend while attending a funeral in Dublin,lovely hotel with great staff from front desk too the cleaning staff all helpful and very polite,really are a credit to the hotel and I can't compliment the staff enough had food in bar was very nice as was breakfast next morning plenty of choice,room was very spacious and very comfortable,would recommend the hotel no problem at all and is perfectly located will definitely be back again thanks too all at lawlors

Very disappointed with our stay to the Osprey Hotel. We checked into our room & there was a leak in the ceiling. We were then moved to another room where the hotel staff added in a pull up bed. I rang reception again to complain as the rate of the room was expensive we were basically moved into another room with a pull up bed which was tiny and my son ended up sleeping on the floor. The room was also freezing and we were given a plug in heater to heat the room. We woke up Sunday morning to a freezing room. To be honest it's probably the worst hotel stay we have ever had. Very disappointed as we went away as a family for a midterm stay. Would not recommend to a friend or family to stay here.
