The first room they sent us to was had not even been cleaned. Both beds a mess food, cups and trash everywhere.

Room is not clean. It smells very musky and the condition of the bathroom is poor. The toilet is not working properly. I will not stay here again.

Every thing was good except toilet seat was not the correct size we stayed in room #317. You should sebd management to check it out. Lucky there were 2 ladies stay but if there was a guuy that had to lift the seat it would have been gross. Go check it out so you understand what i am talk about

Whole trip was awful. First, on arrival clerk changed our room. First night people kept trying to get in our door. Clerk had tried to give them room we were already in. Next morning keys wouldn’t work on door when came back from breakfast. Had them changed. Left for the day and when we got back to the room the keys worked, but all our stuff was gone. Even though we had reservations for 2 nights the clerk thought we were checking out. When we tried to get all this straightened out the manager would not even come out of her office and made clerk on duty handle it. Then on last day, even though site said checkout was noon we were called to see if we were leaving before 11am. And housekeeping knocked on our door every morning twice before 10 am even though we had do not disturb sign out. Will not go back to this hotel. And since we booked through third party they couldn’t discount our room.

We arrived after booking through ******* only to be told that there was no reservation. We provided the confirmation number and were told that we had already checked in under a different name. We eventually got our room, but at no time was any remorse expressed by the desk clerk. The room provided had only one bed, so back we went to the desk. The room change seemed to be an inconvenience. After 3 nights in another Holiday Inn property with neither event nor concern, this stay was a disappointment to say the least.

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed, clean. The only issue was there was no water in the morning.

Clean room, comfy bed, good hot breakfast, staff was very friendly, helpful.

Check in went smoothly; front office staff was pleasant. The room was ok. Bathroom tiles were broken, grout was dirty-looking, poor ventilation on bathroom. Appreciated them having dove products for use! The refrigerator cabinet was moldy and the wood in the cabinet was rotting, also refrigerator was leaking pretty bad. The room smelled weird, like a chlorine smell. Beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night so it was tolerable. Location is next to restaurants, very convenient. Breakfast was good.

The hallway floors feel like they are going to collapse on the second floor. Shower would not drain properly, the AC sounds like it was about to go out in my room. Overpriced for $200.
