Beautiful host friendly and welcoming environment. Guttered it was a short stay next time will be booking with Nasau Resort 🙂

Not accessible at all. Multiple flights of stairs and no elevator. This probably isn't a problem for most but for bad backs and feet, it was not accommodation I would book again. The beds are low to the ground and while comfy, you're only given a sheet and the air-conditioning is hard to navigate, so we were freezing and wearing our jackets. We also weren't able to use some of our amenities because they were so dirty, we honesty wondered if they cleaned them. Also there was a hole and crack in the shower which freaked me out and is probably a hazard. The free breakfast includes toast (white and wholemeal), porridge, beans, two types of cereal and fruit. You can order off the menu but not great for people with dietary restrictions. The view is lovely, but the staff are quite rude. One of them specifically tried to invite themselves into my brothers room and made him very uncomfortable. Won't stay again.

As we drove up, the facility was impressive. It’s beautiful from the road and those photos are accurate. The lobby is large and has a lot of seating areas. It is very comfortable with the cross breeze. Unfortunately, it’s downhill from here. This hotel is quite a distance from Nadi town. Not a problem for our group, but could be for some. Here are the rest of my experiences and observations: No elevator: After checking in, the first thing we noticed is that there is no elevator, and I was staying on the third floor. Wi-Fi not reliable: We tried to utilize the Wi-Fi and were able to connect initially, but we were unable to connect at all after that. No hot water: We stayed two nights and was not able to get hot water for showers either day. Two cold showers. Bummer. Air Con problems: The air con in the room was on the fritz, it got so loud on the first night that I had to turn it off. It was also dripping water and left a puddle in the middle of the floor that grew to over 2 ft in diameter. Weirdly large shower doors: the sliding shower doors were too wide for the shower so when you opened the doors to get it, you have to slide in sideways. My bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Also, the bath towels had some stains and were marked “Nasau Resort” in Sharpie marker on the bottom corner which seemed really tacky. The restaurant: they have a large menu, but we’re out of at least half of the menu items including all beef. I had the pizza and it was awful. The next day I had chicken nuggets-which was better, but it was served with cold fries. The wait was very long, up to an hour and a half from ordering to being served. Some in our group ordered fish, but it looked and tasted remarkably like chicken. There’s no Wi-Fi in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet: coffee machine was down the second day which was a bummer. Two hot options (porridge and mushrooms), along with toast and juice. Water: we were advised that the tap water was not safe to drink. Water and juices were available at the breakfast buffet, but I’m not sure if the water used was safe, so I avoided it. Service staff (bar tender, waitress, and housekeeper): friendly and helpful. As I was leaving my room with my luggage, the housekeeper quickly jumped in to help carry luggage down the stairs. Store: clean and well stocked with good snacks that seemed reasonably priced. We heard rumors that the place had recently sold and the new owners were working to improve things. I hope that is true.

Please read reviews before you book. Rooms :were not clean, water next to the toilet, toilet had stains, glasses were sticky with ants in it,no hand towels or bath mat. Air con dripped down the wall next to the power plug and tv. Was told by maintenance staff was because we had opened the curtain why it was dripping. Tv was broken and had no remote. They changed the tv 2 times which both tvs didn’t work. We then moved to another room and tv still didn’t work. Pool: looked nice but didn’t open till 2pm, wasn’t clean had lots of leaves and debri in it. Pool tiles coming off the bottom. Bar and restaurant: no one manning these areas have to wait awhile. Ordered a pinnacolada from the menu and waited 40mins. When receiving it, it was made with apple juice and a bit of coconut cream. They have 2 bars but none of the orders can be made by the pool bar. So the bar tender rings the other bar and he brings down the drinks. The second bar no one knows it exists cause it’s hidden down a corridor with no signs. We only stumble across it cause loud music was coming from there. Reception area: dont look up there are so many pigeons living in the roof and they poop everywhere and on the floor

Absolutely terrible service. We booked, and then confirmed we were booked before leaving for Fiji. Once we arrived, they told us our booking was given to a corporate group having an event and we could only stay for 1 night of our booking. No offer of refund was given. NEVER book this place, they will take your money and cancel the booking on you

Receptionist was not helpful or polite. Terrible customer service.She quoted us the wrong amount but then overcharged us again as we arrived. Receptionist was busy getting her picture taken in thr hotel lobby then serving guests. The place is riddled with toads at night so i would not recommend swimming pool.

Unfortunately this property can only be recommended as a pre-airport departure sleepover. Location is less than 10mins to the airport (awesome) but in an isolated farming area. It looks like a converted convention centre, big pool. Rooms are spacious (good for repacking) but run down. First room had no towels, no hot water, the fire alarm covered in plastic with a dead cockroach hanging from it, and a safety barrier around the patio. Second room had barely any hot water, but we figured it must be the whole operation of the hot water in the building by then. Eat before you arrive. Dinner is offerred on 3 sad and lonely conference tables outside, or an enclosed dining area devoid of music, people or any appealing atmosphere at all. The food was truly terrible, and took forever to arrive. There were only four guests dining at the time. The structure for a great experience is there, but the staff are either not interested and/or untrained in developing and delivering a great visitor experience.

Once we reach to our room the room was not really bed got no sheets the there was blood spots and bathroom was so dirty no towels even we called and asked for towels still no one bring it.

My wife and I moved from another resort early to spend the last 2 days somewhere different - It was a mistake. 1. No TV (not just ours , none of the TVs in the place worked) 2. Rooms not serviced 3. Stained Linen 4. Dinner and Lunch menus consisted on “ Specials” see photo with 3 mains which were pretty much the same both nights despite a full menu being advertised and still present in the room. 5. Staff have no idea of what is going on in the resort. 6. Pool is grubby and the swim up bar is abandoned and used for kids to dive off. 7. No toilet brush 8. Advertised Happy our did not exist (signs were still up advertising it ) 9.Poor Wifi 10. Cocktail lists at the bar but “We don’t do cocktails “ It’s beer wine or soft drink 11. The main bar upstairs was not opened because “The guy has gone to Suva” I have given 2stars because most the staff tried really hard to make it work, it is cheap at about 110 AU per night and the local cats are cool.
