I never see like this hotel..no internet..no room service...AC I'd not working..Not provide milk tea coffee powder.. More than 48 hours I stayed with out any below mentioned ....basic necessary....need... Very worsted hotel

nice rooms , clean and big. located at the heart of the city , nearby Nagaraja temple. Adjustable staff.

Rooms are specious but not much clean. Room service is not good. Location is excellent. Toilet toolkits should provide. No restaurant.

Though the staff were polite, the bathroom was not cleaned well, there were no plug points to change phones. Only one was there so we had to take turns to charge our phones. No washbasin lights and no parking available. So out of 10 i would give a 6

Comfortable, neat and clean. Very polite and understanding staff. Located in the heart of the city is an added advantage. Wish them good for continuing the same quality of service in the future

Location good. Hotel not maintained properly.No cleaning staff for daily cleaning,no cleaning schedule.Full of bed bugs and tiny insects in the cupboard. CCTV not installed anywhere in the premises not even in the reception.Only wire provided.How district police allowing such a five story building without CCTV.Only one small lift with broken switch board. For families not recommended as security risk,as no CCTV and no security in the entrance.
