價格實惠，也對得起這個價格，酒店衞生一般，要是衹是轉機的話可以入住，不建議長期入住。應該是在印度期間住的最差的一個酒店了。

一般吧 早飯都是印式的 酒店的床不怎麼舒服 因為在馬路邊晚上很吵 服務還可以 圖便宜可以住

I have planned 50th surprise birthday of my husband here . The food was excellent, their hospitality was superb. All the guests appreciated the taste of food . Would like to visit more often with family .

Too god hospitality. Stay is good with all amenities including breakfast buffet and food is good near to the metro and Airport for ease transport to anywhere.

The wifi here is slower than dialup that I used back in 2002. Checked in. Set up at the desk. One outlet is broken, one is halfway broken. Then I try to set up for a video call. No dice. I run speed test. It takes 10 minutes to load the page for speedtest. So I do the google version of it. 0.65 Mbps download and 0.47 Mbps upload. I point it out the management and they say they'll have I.T. look into it, but no promises they can get it working for my scheduled calls. I literally had to shrink the photo to get it to upload to this review to show the poor wifi. There's only three things I really need for a room - A clean bed, cold AC and decent wifi. It has the first two. It definitely does NOT have the last one.

Very best hotel to stay everyone is too good like home environment and miss toshi is too good and behaviour and everyone want to stay must stay here the hotel group is too honest. Always recommend to stay in this hotel......................

The on-site restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Special recognition goes to Toshi, who ensured that every aspect of the stay was hassle-free. Whether it was billing, room service, or assistance at the restaurant, Toshi was consistently helpful, contributing to a warm and welcoming experience at Urban Hermitage. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Very nice & polite reception staff. Good food although it's little expensive. Taste is good.specially Atul is very polite & good person.nice and clean rooms, hygienic breakfast. For buffet breakfast they should appoint two three people for better service.

Room are clean and break fast so good. Speciall receptionist Miss. Toshi chaurasia is so coperative and nice to see every arrangement. I recommend to stay there once when you are in Nagpur.

Excellent location to stay .Front office Staff is very helpful especially Toshi and Sneha ..Room was Decent and clean ..A little issue with fragrance in corridor..Good for Day use ..Buffet breakfast needs improvement…Very easy access to Metro and Airport
