Our stay at Cozy Residences was warm and welcoming! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Josephine and Alice (Housekeeping) for keeping everything so clean and comfortable, and to Lavender at Reception who was always kind and helpful. Shoutout to Caroline and Felix from Security for being so attentive and courteous throughout our stay. We were especially grateful that they accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out for me, my baby, and our family—this made a huge difference in our travel experience. While we did experience some noise one night due to other guests, the staff did try to address it quickly and professionally, even though the guests weren’t very cooperative. It’s also worth noting that the walls are quite thin and doors tend to slam, which might be something to consider if you're sensitive to sound. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly. The atmosphere was friendly, the service was solid, and we felt well taken care of. Thank you again to the amazing team at Cozy Residences!

Place is clean… my house keeper Ruth is also keen to detail. I’d recommend especially if you want to stay around the Kileleshwa, Kilimani Westlands area. Safe location and serine with malls not so far away. Also restaurants at a walking distance

It was a comfortable apartment. Clean and well laid out. We had a nice quiet relaxing time during our stay. The only negative was the wet bathroom floor after taking a shower. Water leaked from the shower cubicle onto the rest of the bathroom floor.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, the staff were friendly,cozy, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully equipped which made it easy to cook meals during my stay. I loved how much natural light came in during the day. The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and shopping malls. It was also a quiet neighborhood, which made it easy to relax. Check-in was smooth, and the team was responsive and helpful. I would suggest an upgrade on the Tv’s from digital to smart but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place.

The reception was so good I felt like I was home already before I enter the apartment. The dinning room was big and spacious for all of us in the family. the best part they have a wonderful bed and nice bedsheets you can't imagine it's cold out side while in side it's very warm. They have everything which is needed in a house.
