Me he hospedado en este Hotel por primera vez el staff en muy agradable y asiste en todo. El Hotel está bien ubicado cerca del Hospital de Nairobi, y no lejos de muchas de las atracciones que puede brindar la ciudad. Un ambiente muy tranquilo y acogedor. Lo recomiendo a todos.

We booked our stay through AFC tour company and they put us in this 4 star hotel. First impression the hotel looks decent but upon our checked in, we were utterly disappointed with the hotel interior, furniture and set up. We have 4 rooms and all are terrible and not worthy of the value. In addition, we have half board on our booking and during our dinner, we were told only one little bottle of water and one tea or coffee is included. Not more than that. This is ridiculous and disappointing to say the least. We asked the waiter to double check with the manager and he confirmed. What type of half board is this? Stay away from booking this hotel and donning here.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warmth of the very friendly staff was evident. They were always ready to help, making my stay feel personalized and welcoming. The dining experience was exceptional, with excellent food offering a wide variety of choices. The SPA was not only clean but also provided a tranquil environment for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and clean, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the rooms. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The Internet connection was very bad, which was quite frustrating. As someone who needed to stay connected for work, this was a significant inconvenience. Additionally, while the general cleanliness was up to par, the carpets in the corridor could be cleaner. It’s a small detail that, if addressed, could enhance the overall impression of the hotel’s commitment to excellence.

The hotel is quite excellent,the reception was welcoming and hospitable,situated in cool and silent location.meals are fresh and deliciuos with self service option,room is spacious enough and well arranged,staffs are welcoming and always ready to help where need be.The conference hall is spacious and well prepared.Generally I like the hotel.

My stay in the hotel was nothing short of pleasant experience, the staff are warm and welcoming, very polite in their approach and highly professional. The cuisine is great with so many mouth watering varieties. The rooms are great with beautiful view of Nairobi at night from the 4th floor where I stayed. Also, the location of the hotel gives easy access to good shopping malls. Overall, my experience was enjoyable.

Muthu Silver Springs hotel Nairobi is one of the best I have been to in recent times. There services are wonderful, starting with the staff, they are very courteous and polite, so welcoming it feels like your home. The manner in which they attend to requests is excellent, WiFi is truly high speed and I was able to reach out to my family back in Nigeria and also attend to some work. The ambience of the hotel environment is one of it's kind, so calming, adorned with flowers and trees planted around. The gym is well equipped as it met my needs. The rooms are great, I appreciate the quality of wood work, feels just like home. The cuisine is another wonderful! wonderful! experience I must say, so tasty and healthy providing lots of variety. I am certain, should I have any business in Nairobi in the nearest future, I will prefer your hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
