隔壁有個教堂，所以除了時不時有點吵之外，其他都還好。

在這家飯店住了一晚，然後我們第二天早上就飛回英國。由於必須及時趕班車，所以早上很早就退房了，並且在處理我的最終帳單付款時出現了一些問題。我被告知它還沒有完成，所以必須重做......當我回家後檢查我的帳戶時，他們向我收取了兩次費用。我作為緊急事項給他們發了電子郵件，他們承認並表示將進行調查。兩天后，我沒有再聽到任何消息，於是我追了上去。只是被告知，是的，他們已經確認了這一點，我的帳戶將在14 個工作天內退款（那麼實際上是3 週，最重要的是，自從他們拿走我的錢以來，這已經是1 週的最佳時間了）。從那時起一直和他們來來回回，因為這是不可接受的，他們現在終於建議我的錢將在 72 小時內退還（還有 3 天，所以總共 12 天他們會收到我的錢）為了） 。肯亞本來是一個美好的假期，這是一個非常酸澀的結局，我對他們處理此事的方式感到非常厭惡——顯然不是優先考慮的，而且所有的道歉都是通用的電子郵件，不真誠且毫無意義。讀過這裡的一些其他評論後，似乎他們以前也發生過類似的事件，你可以從中推測你會發生什麼。

A reasonable large hotel close to the airport that manages to have a homely feel .😊✨🦒 With a selection of rooms to suit all tastes ,I was pleased to note that some rooms have balconies,and (a Personal preference) bath tubs . From the security staff and concierge to the reception team and restaurant staff ,they all have heartwarming welcoming smiles which indeed makes this hotel stand out from others . Our room ..suite was immaculately cleaned to a high standard and daily refresh of the rooms occurred without the need to request it . Spacious with large windows to enhance natural light ,exceptionally comfortable beds and soft comfortable pillows and fabulous sound proofing ensured we achieved great sleep quality . Delightful cuisine in the restaurant with ultra charming staff made for a splendid mini break ! The a la carte menu and meal presentations would be as you would find in any fine dining institution. A special thanks to the restaurant team led by Roy ,Judith for her heartwarming smiles every morning showing interest in my daughters intern ventures ,Edna for her charming customer service ,Kevin for ensuring that your buffet selection choices were in tip top condition ,the fabulous personable chef Chris who always smiled and enjoyed engaging with us each morning ,Samson for his humour too Not forgetting Mediabeatrix for her genuine kindness ! An exceptional restaurant team in the kitchen 9 buffet dining area 😊✨🍃 Reception team I would like to add my thanks to Maureen for her pre booking communications via email ,always spontaneous and caring trying to ensure our requirements were met prior to our arrival . Milton for alway s being so welcoming and supportive . Concierge and Security Team . The concierge team particularly Ester and her kind colleagues who ensure your collected with ease from the airport via the complimentary airport shuttle . Focused on ensuring that the hotel remains safe and secure the security team from the gate to the exterior and interior of the hotel were always personable friendly and importantly professional . General Manager Oliver . The charming manager Oliver for appreciating and acknowledging my elite platinum status and rectifying a complicated administrative error with out any undue fuss . Oliver was friendly smiling and I noticed ,perceptively managed a complicated situation of having over 60 guests emerge after 22:00 hours from a cancelled flight . Despite the workload being intense for himself and his team ,I was pleasantly surprised that he was still able to support me with my query in the middle of this challenge situation that was handled seemlessly ! Oliver is indeed a great asset to the Crown Plaza brand and a role model,of how other managers in his position should aspire to be like . A great hotel with excellent communication channels ,warm genuine welcomes and lovely features that would delight any discerning traveller .
