帕拉西納套房公寓(Palacina the Residence & the Suites)

Great hotel with fantastic ambience. Perfect for business discussions and family holiday. The staff was extremely helpful, and the crowd was the best sort too. Will definitely book again for business and family stays.

Very good ans will stay next time

An absolutely amazing hotel in Nairobi. Very good service. You are made to feel welcome and special by the staff. There is an amazing garden with a pool and also an indoor lap pool for swimming in. We are there twice and the food was very high quality. Breakfast chef even cooked us an early breakfast on the day of departure.

Les studios sont très beaux et confortables, équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un beau séjour. Le personnel est serviable et gentil. Pas trop de variétés de plats au restaurant par contre, mais les repas étaient bons. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est correct.

It’s listed as a 5 star resort. However, there was used cups with old tea bags still inside placed in the cupboard, the tv barely worked and when it did only had like 10 channels, no room service past 9pm so nothing to have after a long journey and arriving hungry, I had to request simple things like a blow dryer. The shampoo and soaps had been already half used. There were no robes or anything that made it feel like a “5 star” resort. It’s a decent place but not somewhere I would stay again if looking for a luxury getaway.

The Palacina is a great place to stay in Nairobi. The restaurant has a excellent food. The healthy choices on the menu are much appreciated and the bistro bowl became a favorite! The rooms are spacious and offer space to work and relax. The staff are all very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend staying at the Palacina!

What a wonderful hotel and experience!! The Palacina is located on a quiet street in the Lavington area of Nairobi. The staff was very helpful every time we interacted with them. There was a problem accessing Netflix and Samuel spent some time with us to fix it, including calling the IT person who was off duty. The food was wonderful - a filling breakfast each day with great service by Lydia. Dinner was equally as good. And the suite we had was more than amazing! The bathroom was huge, the king bed so comfortable that we want to buy it for ourselves, the living room felt like home and the balcony truly made it feel that way. This was a wonderful hotel to stay in for our 4 nights. We will certainly return there next time in Nairobi.

Remarkable stay in a nice & quite suite. The long indoor pool is great for stretching out. Food in the restaurant is also good.
