For someone who's obsessed with beautiful sceneries, this place did surpass my expectation. Let me applaud the excellent customer service that's provided especially by Audrey, Valerie and Chelsea they sure made the place warm and welcoming. Oh boy! The food was awesome and the presentation well thought of. Thank you for bringing a little heaven to us, I sure will be a regular customer.

We chose this place for our final stop in Kenya - it was close to the top Nairobi restaurants. Room was very clean, brightly lit. Wifi worked well - very key for us! Bathroom - strong water pressure and a lot of towels. Staff were always checking in on us and helpful. This place doesn’t have lifts so they helped with our heavy luggage up the stairs and to the room There were just indoor and outdoor places to hang out after check out and before going to airport Highly recommended if you want somewhere central and value for money

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig und trotzdem ruhig in einem sicheren Viertel in den Westlands. Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, Banken und Geschäfte liegen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Das Hotel ist offensichtlich noch recht neu und daher sehr gepflegt. Sowohl das Zimmer wie auch das gesamte Hotel haben ein ansprechendes Design und eine hochwertige Ausstattung (Toilette z. B. von Duravit). Die Dusche ist geräumig und der Wasserdruck hervorragend. Bar und Restaurant bieten sehr gute Qualität. Das Frühstück gab es à la carte und wurde frisch zubereitet; somit kein Anstehen am Buffet. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, wobei die Bedienung im Restaurant/Bar besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist. Der Manager war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und begrüßte mich des öfteren per Handschlag. Negatives gibt es aus meiner Sicht nicht anzumerken.

I just finished a 2-night stay at this boutique hotel and cannot say enough nice things about it! The staff (ALL of them - security, reception, housekeeping, restaurant) are genuinely warm and friendly. Just an all-around positive energy around this place. My room was spacious and super comfortable with a powerful and hot shower. Excellent (big) breakfasts, affordable same day laundry service, on-site restaurant that is open 6 am - 11 pm - you really can't want for anything more from a nice hotel. They provide two bottles of water per day which is a nice touch for folks like me that are just arriving from a long-haul flight. The hotel manager came around a couple times at breakfast and dinner, checking on all the guests and making sure everything was in order. Everyone here will really go the extra mile to make sure there guests have nothing but the best experience. I found the Westlands neighborhood to be very nice and safe as well. I will definitely be staying at this PrideInn on all future visits to Nairobi. My sincere gratitude the management and staff for the outstanding service and hospitality.

Had a very nice stay at this location . Close walking distance to eating and shopping; quiet area although students are in the area. Uber/Bolt friendly for transport. And Mary at reception was very helpful; always has a smile.

Deepak the manager made my stay very comfortable.Catered to veg menu.Room was well kept and cosy.Eunice at the reception was very warm too.Will surely recommend and will visit again.I loved the shampoo too

they had great hospitality n great cuisine, the rooms are excellent with very good security as well as very warm reception. we all enjoyed our time at the restaurant n rooms. keep up the good work n taking the lead in providing great service to many more

We enjoyed our stop over lunch. Great ambuence Wonderful with food and drinks, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Recommended for any business traveller or family stop over. Kindpy consider adding a swimming pool

The hotel is located in a prime location, the food is also so fulfilling and the wait staff are so patient. The rooms are also really decent and so cosy. Loved the space 😊😊😊Their pastries are also yummy and fresh
