特里亞納姆費達公寓(Fedha Residences by Trianum)

I was very happy with my stay at Fedha Residences! the location is great: many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, you can also walk to many places. The people at Fedha are very nice and extremely helpful. They made my stay special and took care of me when I needed their assistance. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Nairobi.

It was fine

I felt very safe. My room was facing a number of bars/restaurants so it got really loud at late night. The service was great though, from security, check-in to check-out. I was bitten by a mosquito which I was able to kill and ****** a lot of blood off me - they need to address this to avoid guests getting sick from mosquito bites.

Very nice large apartment in a great neighborhood. Stores, supermarket, restaurants, etc., in walking distance away. I recommend Fedha for families, couples and solo travelers. The staff is also very helpful.

Fedha Residences is well situated to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and modern and the breakfast was very good. I was particularly impressed with all the staff who were exceptionally friendly and professional. I would stay here again.

The north part of the Residence is extremely noisy during the night with pub and restaurant. The hand towels and bath towels are old and rotten, turned into burrs and holes. Sometimes they did not give us hand towels saying that the number is not enough. The sheets and quilts are not enough either. The room cleaner put once a single quilt’s cover on a double quilt. One receptionist is impolite and cold with IQ problem. She could never count rightly and always needed us to help when confirming the inventory. She demanded 3 times to confirm, check-in day, the afternoon of the check-out day and the midnight when we were in a hurry for the airport, she went to the apartment to confirm for the 3rd time! She treated us like thieves. There were only 4 bath towers and she insisted that there should be 5. Do we need to steal your disgusting old rotten towers?! We have stayed several times here in 2018 and 2019. At that time, the service was reasonable. This is why we have chosen this place this time, but this receptionist undoubtedly ended the business. This is undoubtedly the last time we stayed there.

My family and I stayed there for 10 days in Dec 2021/Jan 2022. The place is clean, safe, tranquil, comfortable, and welcoming. It is in a great location, close to restaurants, a good supermarket, and Yaya shopping center. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Fedha Residences enough.
